We arrived at the Studio little before 8am on a bus filled with approx. 20 of us (including our driver). To our surprise, we were not allow to enter. The studio staff explained that a US Navy bus had arrived with 55 (only booked for 40) sailors and thus we could not fit in for the session planned. Since we are patriotic men and women (including veterans) we agreed to come back for the 10am session. Upon our arrival at 10am the staff once again explained that we could not enter. They apologized and ask for us to come back for the 1:30pm session. As you can imagine, at this point we were all disappointed and discourage. We made the exception to agree to come back since they would not let us in because the men and women who are serving our country needed a chance...what about those who have already served their country with valor. The part of the population whom everyone seem to forget that they also deserve a chance. We made our contributions to society can we at least be respected for that, if nothing else. We are not asking for nothing more than the same respect other deserve. I urge all of you who read this spend time with your elderly loved ones as our time will soon expire and the pleasant memories is we have in the end...unfortunately no pleasant memories from this day. I dragged my friend from Wisconsin, kidnapped her and we spent 3 hours driving to Boston. We spent another 2 hours in line, having fun meeting people, singing songs, telling jokes and enjoying some funny company. When it was time to go in, the table we were sent to, she asked our names told us to turn around and kept 3 people to talk to and sent the rest of us packing. So my question is what type of contestants are they looking for? I plan to drive to NJ next weekend for the next casting call, but I'd like a better chance. I hope they start taping in Connecticut,
