It's a scientific fact that most whackings take place between the hours of 11:30 PM and 12:30PM across all time zones. It has come to my attention that many people in this line of work (although I must emphasize that I have absolutely NO firsthand knowledge of this) are very displeased that the Italian guy that used to do your show has been replaced by a Mick... I mean person of Irish lineage. In fact in a recent study, 4 out of 5 whackers preferred to whack while watching that Italian guy. And when asked what they preferred to watch while they were being whacked, the number one choice was "Please don't kill me." Once informed that that answer wasn't an option the clear winner was the Italian Guy.
Please bring back the Italian guy so that the time honored tradition of whacking at midnight can continue as usual.

I hope he doesn't plan on being so wired and hammy all the time. Maybe he's just overly excited to actually have a job, considering his track record with failed shows.

I REALLY REALLY want to know how can I get an internship with the Tonight Show? It is my utmost desire to work for the show. Like, *hush hush*I am currently an intern at another late-night show that competes with Mr. O'Brien and all I can say is that I rather work for O'Brien even though I love what I do* I don't care if I have to fetch coffees or to be used as a prop in a skit. It would be my honor to be even considered as a possible intern.
