NBC Premieres New Drama!!!!

"Raines", Starring Jeff Goldblum, on March 15
and 22nd.

Quote: "We have been eagerly anticipating the
premiere of this attractive and quirky new
drama since we announced it last May at Upfront",
said Kevin Reilly.

Goldblum will play an Eccentric LAPD Detective
Michael Raines
who has a unique ability---
his imagination is so keen that when he's on a
murder case, the murder victims actually take
shape in front of him...

At first he thinks he's losing his mind but
he finds that talking to these constantly evolving
hallucinations (they're figments of his imagination,
NOT GHOSTS) helps him discover their killers.

Hummmmmm.....?????? blink.gif blink.gif

Oh my gosh. Just saw this really F****d up movie earlier. For the most part, it was really good...in that creepy, disturbing, horror-movie type way. It was called 'Frailty' with Bill Paxton and Mathew McConnaghy (sp?).

Anyways, we were watching it and i thought the main character in it...the kid was such a good actor. I didn't even recognize him until i looked his name up on IMDB. It's Matt O'Leary. He played Ethan Garrett (the judge's son) in the CI ep, ITWSH. Needless to say I was shocked.

I don't want to give the movie away for anyone who hasn't seen it but I HATED the ending...but at the same time I liked the twists. That doesn't really make sense, but then i was watching a messed up movie to begin with...

Tina70,

I love your Curve Of Many Colors afghan that you knitted! It is absolutely beautiful. biggrin.gif

As I have no skills in this area, it amazes me how people can create such things.

And a happy belated birthday to Seraphina!

Thanks DonnaLucy for the compliment. You would be surprised how easy it is to acquire skills like this, actually. biggrin.gif especailly while watching inspriring television at the same time... !

I LOVED that show AND Gary!
This was before TiVO and since I live in the "sticks", my brother would tape the shows for me. Just this past Christmas he gave me the DVD set.

Mo - 40/Female/Bois D'arc, Texas

Ooohh! "Bois D'Arc"? That's a great place name... Is it as fairytale-castle as it sounds?

If yer gettin' that tired ma dear, it might be a lack of sugary snacks and transfats...get the old bro in law back for an emergency DQ run or something! Nothin' like the flu diet plan, you can start to make it up again...or am I the only one guilty of that? unsure.gif

I don't want to start any political debates here but just saw the news: Scooter Libby has been found guilty on 4 out of the 5 charges against him in the CIA leak case.
