HOWIE MANDEL WINS AWARD FOR BEST GAME SHOW HOST AT FAMILY TV AWARDS LAST NIGHT, HE DESERVED IT!
Last night Howie Mandel was honored for 'Best Tv Game Show Host', At The Family Television Awards show, in Beverly Hills. He was there with his supporting wife who was the one who encouraged him to be the Host For Deal or No Deal in the first place. She was right, he has done a great job and was 'The Best Canidate'. As he came up and said his speach, he was very touched by receiving the award. What a wonderful gift to receive on your birthday! It really touched my heart to see him win this and to be picked to sit just a few tables away from him and see all this excitement 'live'!! This will air Dec 12. |

Howie Mandel
I have been a BIG fan of Howie Mandel for more years than I care to remember, and if nothing else, even if I didnt like the new show, (of which I do) I am really glad to have Howie on Television again!!! Bring back some StandUp Howie!!!! Your fans are waiting!!

Howie is a major hotie! And he makes the show what it is...fun and exciting. I'm not sure anyone could bring what Howie has brought to the show..and it's GREAT to see him out there again on a regular basis! Way to go Howie!

I haven't really been keeping up with Howie's career, but I always admired him and laughed at his silliness. A long time ago I remember seeing "Howie in Maui", doing a stand-up. He had curly hair if I remember correctly. The last skit was him, doing a funny child-like voice, was crying at the toilet. "It's my potty and I'll cry if I want to".
I watch a lot of Jay Leno and before Deal or No Deal, he would put on hidden cameras and play practical jokes on regular folks on the street, then show this on the Tonight Show. The Boston Pizza commercials even cracked me up. I watch Deal or No Deal because he's the host, and he makes it great entertainment - which I don't think I'd be interested if it was somebody else. So, consider me a casual Howie fan!

My favorite Howie Skit is when he pulls a surgical glove over his head and blows it up really big!!!!! He is a whole different person when he is off DOND. Like the exact opposite!!!! I dont know how he stays so calm on the show but once you get him off there, LOOKOUT..... Then he is Wound -Up like Robin Williams on a 3 Day binge of Happy stufff.

Yeah, I miss him putting that latex glove over his head. Who knew he was OCD - he could be wearing those gloves so he could shake hands with people. Butt, who knows?
