QUOTE (Emmy74 @ Feb 15 2007, 12:45 PM) *
I've seen those posts and it has nothing to do with whether posters are agreeing with you or not because this person posts on the dary site and says she's a dary shipper, but then posts on other sites that she's all for D/D. It's obvious and actually a little creepy.

One person out of hundreds in that chat made a stupid comment. There's some crazy person on another site saying they hope Mary (who they use horrible words to describe that are an obvious insult to Nikki) gets killed off because they don't like dary or their fans. Do you want to be lumped into a group with her?

I don't want Mary dead. I really don't even mind if they had Dary. I just don't think they matter that much to ratings one way or another, and watch the show because I enjoy all of it. I think it's all a moot point, am sure the show is gone anyway. So chill.

I don't think it matters who dies. The show is gone I am sure, so don't argue! We will never get any resolution and know what happens now.

so would i. I would never watch NBC again if they once again cancel a show on a cliffhanger. that is so cruel to the fans.

why not just enjoy what we are getting at the moment. all this insistance that Vegas will be cancelled and how we should all just give up watching is stupid. i don't care if there is a possibility of the show getting cancelled. i love the show and will continue to enjoy it.

sometimes this board doesn't even seem like a fan board at all. everyone is so darn negative.

I hate when that happens to shows. It ends with this amazing cliffhanger and you never know how it is resolved. They better not do that.

Monday for NBC is just a mess. They shouldn't have Deal or No Deal on two times a week. Give Vegas that timeslot or a show that needs it. Deal or No Deal can stay on Wednesday. Give Vegas the Monday timeslot.

I agree it would be really dumb of NBC to pull the plug on LV at this point; especially with the way the finale is going to end.

The only other shows I watch on NBC are Heroes and Medium, all the other show suck! It's sad that NBC will promote and re-new shows that are NOT doing well in the ratings and threaten to pull the plug on a show that has done well in it's timeslot even when TIIC moved it to Friday.

Exactly. Shows then end with unresolved cliffhangers aren't good.

As strange as this sounds, you can actually blame the National Football League for the decision to move "Las Vegas" to Fridays.

The NFL forbids any advertisements from casinos, the LV Visitors Bureau, or anything else Vegas-related from airing during NFL games. The league is paranoid about gambling and likes to pretend Vegas doesn't even exist.

Amazingly, this prohibition even extends to airing commercials for the TV show "Las Vegas." So when NBC obtained the rights to NFL games on Sunday nights, they could not show ads for "Las Vegas," airing the following night. Since the network didn't want to have half the TV season go by without being able to advertise "Vegas" the night before it airs, they moved it to Fridays.

Since NBC will have "Sunday Night Football" for at least four more years, there's no chance that "Las Vegas" will return to Mondays, if it survives 'til next year. Probably not Tuesdays or Wednesdays either. It may be stuck on Friday nights.

And yet, with TiVos and other DVRs, who really cares when a show airs any more?

Hey Guys,
As of right now, Las Vegas is on the 'bubble' and might or might not be renewed for a fifth season. If you would like to help the show please send NBC your letters. Get all the details at the Save Las Vegas Campaign Page
