I don't have an iPod. I do have an MP3 player though with various 80's music, including Duran Duran, Cyndi Lauper (she's so unusual), Def Leppard, 38 Special, Pat Benetar. I also have lots of Rascal Flatts (my Pam theme song is Stand by RF-very very FNB). I have an odd mixture of Barry Manilow and Quiet Riot.

Such fun to listen to.

Mmmmmm delicious! This isn't all of it, but it's what I like the most. I also am a subscriber to Strongbad's Podcast and I have all of Season one, and parts of Season 2 and 3 of The Office on my ipod.

And to be on-topic here- not really embarrassing or anything (to me at least) is that I have a lot of Broadway music on my ipod. It never gets old!

Well, that raises the number of acts I've heard of up to about 7.

A general question to most of the other posters on this thread.... WHO??? blink.gif Never heard of about 95% of this stuff. From the sounds of it, I may not want to, either. My kids (13 and 17) have heard of some of it, but not all.

If I had one of these things (and I refuse to use the name until I get a free one - I don't do free publicity), it would have some of these folks on it:
Beatles - Rubber Soul and later
John Lennon - some solo stuff and even a few with Yoko
Thelonious Monk (the world's greatest piano player ever)
BB King
Rolling Stones (but nothing from the last 20 years - they should have quit after Exile On Main Street)
Billie Holiday
Hank Williams (sr.)
Bob Wills
Bob Dylan (everything except the last 10 years)
All kinds of Atlantic R&B (esp. 64-69)
a selection of electric and acoustic blues, especially hokum
Fleetwood Mac - but only the stuff with Peter Green

Eh bien... chacun a son gout.... smile.gif

If I give you my address, can I borrow your iPod? That's a pretty incredible list.

I posted mine a few pages back, and it hasn't changed much. I do have a pretty long wish list, and I think it just grew a little smile.gif

I see Sharpshruter and BlueTurfBronco had added their playlists. The question for the two of you is though, which of those songs if any are you embarrased to have on your iPods. Which ones would your friends and family tease you over?

Miss Congeniality, Runaway Bride, Sweet Home Alabama...but I really like the songs on them.
