Come on people. Skip to the good stuff, the embarassing stuff. tongue.gif

2500 songs, but you want full-on embarrassing? How about Disney parade music? Absolutely horrifying when that comes on "shuffle." Wow, my coolness overwhelms me.

ok, here are the songs i am particularly embarrassed of having--

Ice Ice Baby - Vanilla Ice
Barbie Girl - Aqua
Lots of Nsync
ladies night - Kool and the Gang
A few by Ashlee Simpson
don't cha - pussycat dolls

for the most part my music is incredibly better, but these are my guilty pleasures.

the only stuff i would be embarrased about people finding is my disney movie song collection smile.gif personally i love it, but some people call it childish, whatever.

Yeah, I didn't mention it, but there's some of that on mine too. I'm going to blame this one on my kid too. I had no idea kids could be so "useful". tongue.gif

Well, I guess if people can confess to having N,Sync and Hillary Duff on their iPods I can expose my shame.
Here's some songs my co-workers would give me a very hard to about, mostly because their kind of girly songs.

I want you to want me, Cheap Trick
Clocks, Cold Play
Crazy, Seal
Kiss From a Rose, Seal
Brand New Day, Sting
Bittersweet Symphony, The Verve

The rest of the contents of my iPod are a pretty eclectic collection. I have everything from the Beastie Boys to the Soggy Bottom Boys. The friend that I'm going to swap iPod's with has the imperial march from Star Wars on his. I told him that I didn't know what was geekier, the fact that he had it on his or the fact that I wanted to burn it onto mine. laugh.gif

I have that one to. My favorite Adam Sandler song.

Hey Sammy, I would say that I feel a little better that I'm not the only one with girly songs on my iPod, but since you are a girl it doesn't really help. rolleyes.gif

I'm not familiar with Crazy (I probably am but I can't place it).

Cheap Trick just feels kind of "guilty pleasure"-ish. Brand New Day has very suggestive lyrics. I wouldn't call either of them girly.

I just bought Bittersweet Symphony. Girly? I dunno. Clocks? Maybe.

Kiss from a Rose? Excuse me while I go apply some lip gloss.

laugh.gif My shuffle is also bizarre. It's more like Russian Roulette. What will play? Something from the soundtrack to Madagascar? Some ABBA? Or perhaps Stravinsky? Care for some Go-Go's with that? Maybe Cat Stevens or Ravel?

I would never attempt Shuffle Play on my Ipod. I have audio books, musical theatre, classical, rock, Disney,....and then my husband used my account over Christmas to load his Billy Joel Greatest Hits CD. dry.gif

Shuffle play, not a great idea. One minute you have like some rock music playing, next you have some guy reading from a book.

I keep my mp3 player on shuffle, but I always manually pick the next song anyway.
