I am having problems with the video player. I can get other players to work from competing broadcast stations, and I can even get the shorter clips and interviews but I am unable to play full episodes of anything. I was thinking it was just something to do with the writer's strike for a long time; suspecting they had simply dropped the full episode section because they were unable to produce new ones. I hope that someone can help me with this problem, because I tried to help someone else and got the "read-only" message from the server. If you are able, please help me;
Most appreciated in advance.. |

Hi naigung, I'm not very good at troubleshooting online video player issues but I do have a couple points that may give incite or even help give you access to the videos. First of all, I believe that for legal reasons (that I am unfamiliar with), NBC can't allow their online videos across the US border. So if you live in Canada or another foreign country, that might be why they won't play.
One thing you can try out is hulu.com. They are an authorized online video distributor of NBC shows and their player may work for you where NBC.com's didn't. A third option is to download the videos through Amazon's Unbox for a small fee. I hope some of this helps! Sorry if it doesn't. -------------------- "I hate to break it to you, but some of us like boobs."
