I just sent an email to Super channel, asking if they would air reruns of the show, and this is what they replied...

Hello,

We have great news for you. Starting in August Super Channel will air
Passions from the very beginning. An exact date has to be scheduled as of
yet, but it is coming. Please stay tuned.

When will we know if reruns will be aired in the USA? I would be devastated if they only aired in Canada... Well, I did my part by posting on the USA message boards. Please, get out there and save Passions... again.

It is a channel on the Canadian satellite (Just like DTV in the United States)

You have to pay to watch the episodes...subscribe and call your local cable provider.

I am so psyched! I have the Super channel and WILL be recording every episode to treasure for life!

Even though I reside in Canada, I love my U.S fans/friends and I was willing to help out! I signed the petitions like ten times (even if I had to make multiple email accounts to do so) and furthermore, I sent feedback to the USA network and signed the petition on the USA forums like ten times!

I wasn't sure if Canada would show the repeats...so I was hoping USA would since I have the USA network on my Canadian satellite AND I have Superchannel as well...LOL! I got lucky! HAHA!

I'm thinking that here in the states we will be seeing re-runs of Passions, eventually. Usually all the re-runs end up on SoapNet channel. Maybe they will pick up Passions too? They picked up many other soap re-runs. Why not Passions? wink.gif
Of course there is always holding out for the USA network too, or maybe another network that has not yet been discussed here.

I was told from my source that Passions will not be going on SoapNet for the re-runs.Because USA wants too test the waters with them.

Yep, from what my sources tell me, USA will air the re-runs as well in August.

They are just waiting on official word from NBC, but it's a done deal literally and they will begin on USA too.

In the current scheme of things, DTV and Superchannel are playing the episodes con-currently. USA and Superchannel will air them together as well, just like DTV and SC are now.

After USA airs reruns and its successful...they will consider NEW episodes by 2009.

This is sure to delight fans of the show, whether they watched it from the beginning or caught up with it later on.
