Vote as you wish, but i believe that it was pretty clear that Trump and NBC had an agenda here. Annie was clearly robbed of her victory.

It was pretty sad watching the flood of support for Annie start pouring in and systematically being censored/deleted.
Annie is the real winner in my eyes, the Don fumbled big time on this one. |

Annie Duke was clearly the winner. Trump cut off Annie plenty of times but never Joan - not until tonight - oh and as for Melissa Rivers - she should have been gone weeks ago too! Joan did tell the Event Planner that he had to work with her people - they did quit and when Clint said something about telling Annie - Joan said no. Joan Rivers has no class and this show only showed that! I have watched the apprentice every year and I will not watch the next one.....Trump kept Joan as a friend but definitely lost a ton of viewers.....what a fool he is. And Joan Rivers as a role model.....give me a break - if my children acted like her or her spoiled, rotten, rude daughter I would be ashamed of them. I hope you next season flops and NBC drops the show.......it was a JOKE.....

Well NBC. This show got me interested enough to sign up to post.
This show so misrepresented Annie Duke and poker players that I was disgusted. I knew the show had no real criteria to select winners and losers, but this was awful. I quit watching the show several seasons back, but I was intrigued by the group you picked. Who won or lost the game didn't matter to me. But you allowed a person to be defamed on one of your shows. I play poker and was offended by the comments and also concerned as the poker community is working to get legislation passed in relation to poker. This defamation did not help. Just cancel next season. If a show has to do this much to get ratings, what will he have to do next season? I will not be watching to see. This year was enough for me. |

In my opinion, Annie is the clear winner, and I'm tired of the few posts who say Joan obviously should have won because she won 3 of the 5 tasks. So let's discuss the tasks:
1. Fundraising - Annie didn't just win, she destroyed Joan in this category. Perhaps she should even get extra points, but let's be unbiased. Annie 1 - Joan 0 2. Charity awareness - They all said it themselves, Annie wins this one also. So Annie 2 - Joan 0. So this is a show about raising money and raising awareness for your charity, and Annie just hands down won on raising money and raising awareness. So she wins, right? Oh, no, wait, we have 3 vey subjective categories coming up... 3. Decorations - Well, apparently they preferred Joan's tacky style to Annie's classy style. That's debatable, but if they say so. Then again, Joan was the reason that Annie lost her designer, and then Joan flat out lied about that, but apparently we aren't going to call Joan out on that lie. So I guess Joan somehow wins this. Annie 2 - Joan 1. 4. Fun - umm, really? This is going to be considered a category. Hey, if your subjective idea is that you have more fun hanging out with a bunch of guys in drag looking like really bad fake celebrities then some of the worlds best poker players and professional athelets (come on, Bernard Hopkins was hanging out with you!!!), then that's your opinion. Annie 2 - Joan 2. 5. Celebrity Turn Out - Oh, well let's see. Joan had f-lister Kathy Griffin and some bad fakes. Annie had the biggest names in poker, Bernard Hopkins, Joe Fraiser, and heck, Denis Rodman was on her team and available for photo ops, and he was arguably the most recognizable celebrity in the game. So there you have it, Annie 3 - Joan 2. And the winner is... oh, wait, what? Joan wins this category? But, umm, she didn't actually have any celebrities? So Annie wins the 2 categories that matter, and wins them huge, and Joan oddly wins 3 made up categories that are irrelevant. You'd still give the win to Joan? And even then, what about the entire rest of the season?!?! Did it mean nothing?!? Annie's teams won more overall, Annie won more as a project manager, she raised a lot more money, she raised a lot more awareness. Doesn't that count for anything? Bottom line is, you can not possibly say that Joan won based on any true criteria. The only reason Joan won is because... heck, I have no idea why she won?!?! |

I am also disgusted that Donald Trump did not pick Annie. Annie raised the most money from all seasons. and she really worked her butt off on every project. Joan, with all of the celebrities that she knows and has met on the red carper, could not light a candle to Annie-"the poker player". I remember Joan Rivers from "back in the day" when she was quite the comedian. But my respect for her hit an all time low after watching this show. Let's talk about no class! Joan Rivers was allowed to defame, disrespect and humiliate Annie. And Annie showed more class by not stooping to such low tactics. I also believe the show was stacked against all of the players. How can you have a mother and daughter- so close and both playing for their charity? The show was stacked against all of the celebrities from the very beginning. I also believe that after the stupid temper tantrum outburst by Joan's do nothing--riding on her coat tails, spoiled daughter, Melissa, that Donald made a deal with Joan to get her back on the show- that she would win the money for her charity. How stupid Donald do you think the viewers are? Even though I have watched every season and every show, and until this season have enjoyed them all. Donald I have two words for you--"you're fired!"

I want to preface by saying I did not see every episode. I was neutral of Joan Rivers at the start, and didn't know of Annie Duke.
That said: I am genuinely insulted that Trump would refer to Joan as a "role model". Her derogatory tirades are certainly NOT something I would want to have children believing to be acceptable behavior. If my child followed Joan's example I would expect them to tell their classmates that they are "so far below" them, and that their father shakes down bakery owners for a living. Terrible, awful, disgusting behavior Joan Rivers, shame on you. Shame, too, on NBC for allowing this trash to air. All of this was a grand gesture condoning the contemptible behavior of Joan Rivers. Never will another episode of this show leak through this home's cables. Annie, the ultimate defamation of character recipient, delivered by someone who has no character themselves. Keep your head high honey, you're not the only one dumbfounded at the advocation of Joan's lack of tact. The season was clearly heavily (and unfairly) weighted for Joan. By all rights Annie annihilated her in every aspect of the competition, and while no angel herself, her left pinky nail has garnered more of my respect than Joan could ever hope to acquire. Should Annie have won? YES. Will I watch next year? Absolutely not. |

My votes -Annie, Yes -Next Season, Absolutely not I can't believe that anyone, especially Donald Trump, would condone Joan's behavior, so I have to believe that this was all a setup. Annie was definately the "High" road, behavior & attitude. Obviously this was just to give it to Joan, who has been nothing more that an old nasty bitch, but Donald's friend. I will not watch this supposed "reality" show again, just a set up. |

I'm very glad I'm not the only one who was watching the show that feels this way. Was there a diiferent version for these people who support Joan? I believe that Joan and her team did a great job in the last task, they put on a nice event. However, I do not think Joan should have even been there. I would have like to seen Brandi and Annie.
I will not watch the show again. They've lost me, my wife, my father and mother as viewers. Did anyone else notice all the Joan Rivers commercials during the last few episodes? Things that make you go hmmmmm. I must say that my grandmother, 91 has just as much energy then Joan Rivers AND she doesn't talk to people the way Joan Rivers does. Joan needs to learn some communication skills. You cannot just plug your ears to people you don't agree with or try and talk over them. Oh and theres always the tacktic of leaving the room, thinking of some rude comment, coming back into the room and saying it, then leaving the room again so noone can respond. I can't tell you how much this disturbs me. I know and understand it's just a show, and they have their own agenda. Joan vs Annie is better for ratings and all that. However there is a moral responsiblity to have a realistic finalie. The only people who come out looking bad is Joan, Melissa, and Trump. The worst things you can say about Annie is that she is controlling, talks a lot, and raises a TON of money for charity. Go Annie |

Since when is the apprentice chosen because of "elderly stamina" (Only energy Joan had was negative energy) it just doesnt make sense. Trump was admired by me and now he makes me ill. I almost cant believe I liked, admired and respected him and this show. Anne was the winner hands down. Bashing poker players and all their values specially after those poker players contributed almost half million dollars to charity makes me sick! When the show first started I was so excited to hear of a Season 9 coming on and now I will not watch it. Trump at least taught his son to make good business decisions because he knew who the winner was and it was not Joan. Her charity should be embarassed and so should Melissa but the apple doesnt fall to far from the tree.

I agree with the majority here. My husband and I have watched this show since the beginning, but don't plan on watching the next one. It definitely seemed rigged for Joan "totally unprofessional, mean-spirited and non-role model" Rivers. This show was supposed to be about being the best at raising awareness and money for charity. Annie Dukes was definitely better and much more professional at accomplishing that without attacking anyone personally. Her comments focused on their work. If I owned a business, I would hire her in a minute and pass on Joan Rivers because her behavior would be a real liability. She's a good comedienne and maybe fun to watch on stage but I would never want to work with her.

I AM SOOOO ANGRY....that I have SPENT a whole entire season ONLY TO WATCH JOAN RIVERS WIN! ANNIE DUKE SHOULD HAVE WON...NO QUESTION! I'm very disappointed in Donald Trump's bad decision...and Donald Trump is usually "right on the money". Annie was a true professional to the very end....she had compassion....and just as much "energy" as Joan Rivers...she has a lot of people in her industry who loves her and supports her....and if I had ANYONE in my company working for me, it would definitely be Annie. This was a waste of night...a waste of my time this whole season! Because of this night, I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER WATCH "THE APPRENTICE" AGAIN!

Annie.... I hope you read this! You were an incredible Celebrity Apprentice player and you are the true WINNER in our household!
Mr. Trump, the fact that you let Joan Rivers carry on her verbal abuse and theatrics for as long as you did, then made her the winner when CLEARLY Annie was heads above Joan (in fundraising, in leadership, in personality, and common sense!), makes me really question if I ever want to watch your show anymore! I know it's all about the entertainment, but there is enough evil in the world on a day to day basis, and I don't need to watch TV shows which encourage negative people like Joan, and then let them win! Poor judgement Mr. Trump! |

I've honestly never said this about a TV show before, but this just astonished me beyond words. The way Donald pandered to Joan was incredible. That he allowed her to say what she did and called her a ROLE MODEL? I've never watched this show before, but the first episode intrigued me. I thought it was going to become must see TV for me, but after this - no way.

Wrong decision…Annie showed us how to play the game…Joan showed us that poor behavior, name calling and fawning over the “boss” curries favor with the masses. Like Joan, Donald is a B list celebrity…thus the cheesy finish to the show. Outside of NY this finish is viewed as a joke…congrats to Jessie for sticking to his beliefs…no matter how hard the show pushed him he refused to involve his wife in the circus atmosphere. Celebrity Apprentece is the big loser tonight and it is NBC that should fire Trump…let the kids run the board room…it would be more interesting.

My votes -Annie, Yes -Next Season, Absolutely not I have never taken the time to register to post something on a network site, but I have to let NBC know how I feel. I agree completely that there was an agenda. When Joan quit and Trump let her come back, I knew the fix was in. Trump would NEVER let anyone give up, then come back. I never missed a season of the Apprentice but I am done and would like to start a sponsor boycott for next season. |

Annie was robbed. She played hard, but was honorable and overcame every obstacle. By all rights she was the one that should have won. I totally don't understand
