I just recently saw my first taping of Late Night with Conan O'Brien on March 10 over my spring break! It was my first trip to New York, actually my first real trip out of the Midwest. I absolutely love Conan and had a heck of a time trying to see him. I almost didn't get to go to NYC then we didn't have a car to drive out there, then we did, then we didn't. Then our car mechanic called in sick and we left a day later. Then we didn't have a place to stay. And then when we got to the city my friend and I decided we were going to pull an all nighter in order to see Conan and a man at the NBC Universal Store told us we should be waiting outside at like 5:30 in the morning. So we pulled an almost all nighter, sleeping about 20 minutes in our car in a parking garage on 42nd street and arrived at 4:30 a.m. in order to get stand by tickets and no one was there. So we came back at 6:30 and were tenth in line. Then we had to be back at exactly 4:00 p.m. to wait in the stand by line again. At 3:30 we took a cab to the studio and our cab driver got pulled over by a police officer. We had 15 minutes to run 17 blocks. We finally found another cab driver and told him to go to the Rainbow Room and he started heading towards Central Park. I eventually asked where he was going and then informed him we needed to be at 30 Rock. He was confused. I threw a 20 dollar bill at him a and said if you get us there in 5 minutes you can keep this. It was about a $5 ride. We didn't care. We just wanted to see Conan! It was our goal in life. We got there with exactly two minutes to spare, even though I tripped on my face running up the stairs. That wasn't even half that went wrong on our trip, but I would do it all again for Conan. It was an amazing show, and we got to see the Walker Lever, and Bruce Willis and Conan without their shirts on...SEXY! I loved it and I love Conan! I would drive another 14 hours to see him next spring break, hopefully sooner.

It will definitely be one of the best experiences of your life. It was for me, but I am also a dork. I love my Conan.
