I don't understand what was in the pre nup between Theresa and Alistair. Was the agreement that Theresa would be Alistair's sex slave and he would get custody of her son in exchange for her moving into the mansion or was it in exchange of Alistair helping Theresa get Jane and Ethan back. If the latter, it seems to me that Alistair has not lived up to the agreement so why doesn't that make the pre-nup null and void. Also, why isn't Theresa showing any power. As Mrs. Alister Crane shouldn't she have had the authority to tell that policeman that she wasn't going in for questioning? Is it just me or does it seem like if she wasn't being forced to have sex with Alistair then we wouldn't even know they were married.

I agree. Also as Mrs Alistair Crane, she can get it to see Ethan, to hell with what Gwen wishes. So long as she is being raped on a daily basis by the devil she knows, she might as well benefit from the title,(so long as she doesn't do anything foolish with it, but we know Theresa, she will)

I believe the pre nup said that she was to have sex at his command, and she in turn would live at the mansion near Jane and Ethan, and have the power of being Mrs. Crane. She thought she could win Ethan away from Gwen, and that Alistair knows about the tape proving that it was Gwen and Rebecca that leaked the info about Ethan's birth. Ethan would then divorce Gwen and marry Theresa. In a perfect world, sure. But she didn't read further and see that she gave Alistair permission to adopt Little Ethan. She can't leave Alistair because of the boy, as he will find her and possibly kill her off. But enough already of Theresa's wimpiness. It's uncharacteristic. Please, writers, give her some spunk, and if it's not too much trouble, a few brains.
