okay so I just thought of this, if it's already been said I'm sorry but...

what if Gwen finally makes the decision to pull the plug because it is what "Ethan would have wanted" but before she can she confesses everything, from her undying love to her unbelieve schemes to get Theresa back. She leaves the room to go to the Chapel to mourn with her mother. Theresa decides to stay outside the room to watch Eve pull the plug through the window. SURPRISINGLY Ethan starts breathing on his own and his heart rate is low, but steady. Eve is amazed and takes a chance giving him a drug that enhances circulation and heart rate (ect..ect) and he finally closes his eyes (considering they've been open this whole time!) and Theresa thinks that he's dead and bursts into the room crying by his bedside. Ethan grabs her hand and opens his eyes while Eve runs to get Gwen.

THE TWIST...Ethan doesn't have amnesia but he does have some brain damage; mainly he has to learn how to walk, write, and even speak again...He loves and wants to choose Theresa but has no way to communicate it and Gwen continues to take care of Ethan as her husband believe he came back for her. Ethan's little secret, he heard everything she said and plans on leaving her for Theresa as soon as he can.

now that is a storyline I would like to see played out!

what do you all think?

Good Idea, but I think I would go insane! But if he found out the truth I guess I would take it in any form.

I think it would be interesting to watch unfold, just hope that they do not keep it going to long

I think it is a good idea but i also think i would rather Ethan have amnesia then be brain dead it would be alot more interesting and fun to watch Gwen sweat while Ethan remembers everything including Gwen's confession just a thought
