Does anyone know how they pick the children on Passions?

I would love to get my daughters(3 and 1) on TV, but am not sure how to do it, without paying $$$$$$ for "agents"

when my girl was 1 I new a mom whos son had an agent and the mom got my daughter an interview......I just had to get some pic together and bamb she was in some local comercial in illinois and Iowa you just have to ask around look in the phone book if they want you you wont have to pay right away
