My idea is that Chad and Whitney are not related - or to the extent they believe they are.
I think Alistair manipulated DNA/records and made it look as though he was

Perhaps Chad is a product of the rape between Liz/Julian. That would explain why at Miles' birth the nurses at the hospital asked Eve about a discrepency in his genetic testing, but he wasn't all messed up the way you would expect.
Since Liz and Eve share a different Father, Chad and Whitney would only be distantly related. This would also leave the writer's a loophole to continue to find Eve's real son who was taken at birth...
I can see Valerie being threatened by Whitney and doing something to hide the truth from everyone (maybe with Alistair's help.

It doesn't matter if they are not related. Chad and Whitney having sex is the most disgusting thing ever whether it comes out they are not related or not. They believed they were siblings and still had sex. That is gross.

Maybe/Maybe not. It is only now that she mentioned being raped by Julian, and some kind of surgery. It could be a deep dark secret that she had Julian's love child and put it up for adoption. Or, she could have thought it was her Fathers (he was at it with her too) and left it or gave it up or something. You never know :-) I just don't think that Chad and Whit are truly 1/2 bro and sis.

if Chad were the child of Liz and Julian then they would still be cousins. But in harmony is you can date your 1/2 brothers brother I guess you can date your cousin

Reread that, she's not saying Whitney would hide it, she's saying Valerie would be threatened by Whitney and Valerie would hide it, maybe with Alister's help.

Hello people...Valerie doesn't give a crap about Chad...she's after money...Ivy gave her "permission" to go after Fox if she broke he and Kay up and that's exactly what she's doing...she's moved onto Fox

It seemed to me that Valerie was really mad whenever Chad would pay attention or pine over Whitney. And yes, I meant that Valerie would feel threatened that Whitney would want Chad, so she would do something underhanded to keep them apart if they wanted to be together.

I agree with this point if Ivy would leave well enough alone and take care of her love with Sam since that has been her So called Life long Dream and the thing about that is Sam Doesn?t seem to be like Ivy in any Granted Ivy has Money Although Sam is messed up with this all happening and Ivy keeping the Secret like she did From him I don?t see how he can Put up with the way she is and butting into her kids Business is going way to far. I think Chad and Whitney are related, because there are tons of little things that support it. Example: Julian has a rare blood type, and when Alistair shot him he lost a lot of blood and needed a transfusion. He had some of his own blood stored at the hospital for situations like this, but the hospital made a mistake and gave him someone else's blood instead. It's okay though, this other person, had the exact same RARE blood type as Julian! Next scene, Whitney sees the blood donor card in Chad's wallet.

Chad would still be Julian's son, but he and Whit would have different mothers, so the blood type thing would still work.
If Liz+Julian=Chad, and Liz and Eve share the same mother but not the same father, what would that make Chad and Whitney? 2nd Cousins? I'm not good at this kind of stuff (or math either!).
