Hey everyone!
I was just wondering if anyone knew how many hours a day the contestants on Biggest Loser exercises in order to lose such large amounts of weight in such a short time?

I think they do quite a bit on their own time.
From last year I have this: 1 hr cardio/1 hr circuit training /45 min fast cardio / 1 hr of something like kick boxing or Yoga at night.
It may have been changed around some this year. But it looks like about 4 hours of training w/the trainers.
