Who's paternity do you think Alistair wants to keep a secret? Does anyone think little Ethan could be Ethan's?

I think that if he's wanting to keep it secret, it's either the Chad paternity or that little Ethan is really Ethan's...those are the only paternity results that could make people happy if revealed. If he is wanting to reveal paternity results than it has to have something to do with Jane, either she's really Theresa/Fox baby or she is Gwen/Ethan's baby...I think that that is the only paternity revealing that would hurt more people than make happy....
