Read a good book lately?

I got bored here at work and didn't have anything else to talk about or post. Since I started it, I may as well answer the question. The last book I read was Any Rich Man Will Do by Francis Ray. She is a great author. I guess you could say that title fits Rebecca's character to the "t"

Have you read any books by Jennifer Cruise or Janet Evanovich? Janet's series One for the Money about a woman trying to be a bounty hunter is totally funny.... it goes up to book eleven... Jennifer's got a ton of books that I haven't gotten to read, but the ones I have are very good!

I read a lot. The last book I read was Rage of Angels, by Sidney Sheldon. I finished it last tuesday, and it was really a bummer ending, but a great book. I love love love the "Earths Children" series by Jean Auel. It starts with a pretty popular book "Clan of the Cave bears" and it has five more following. It's really good. It kinda goes into what people would have thought the first time a man saw someone who looked totally different from him. I mean the series is really awesome I ve read the first book maybe ten time (about 600pgs.). I may start re-reading the series again tonight!

I haven't read too much of anything lately. Between coming to work and going home and taking care of my three year old, by the time I do get down time, I am too tired for anything. I bought two books back in late November. I read one of the books overnight. The other one is still in the Barnes and Noble bag that I brought it home in. I don't have any friends here so I am thinking about finding and joining a book club to get me into the swing of things here in Little Rock.

You see, we are in the same boat. My husband ought to be the King of the Rested people. I can be tired as a cat strung out on crack when I come home from work, and I still end up taking care of our daughter, staightening the house and making dinner. That's why on Feb.3-Feb 5 I am having a Me weekend. I will be leaving him at that house with our daughter and going to Dallas for a mini vacation. Oh yeah, that book that's in the Barnes and Noble bag that I bought back in November is coming with me so I can finally read it.

Dallas is great make sure you go to the best mall (also most friggin expensive mall) the Galleria. I mean if you like shopping it will be heaven, if you cqan go at an odd time (like during the week or early in the morning on weekends) that would be the best time cause everyone here also knows its the best mall. it's the only mall I have been to that needs at least a fleet of cops at all times just to direct traffic.

You must have met me in a previous life, because that was at the top of my list of things to do after my feet hit the tarmack at DFW. I will definitely check out that mall and as many others as possible.

Well let me help you out:
VistaRidge-I35 and hebron - has every store a 12-35 yearold would be intersted in
Galleria-Dallas tollway and arapaho - great place to spend a day window shopping (i mean they have 2 versace stores?!)
Grapevine mills-not sure where it is located - go here for super bargains but be ready to take your walking shoes, they only have one floor, and I swear it takes over and hour to do a complete loop without even stopping at any stores
Valley View Mall -Preston and 635 - another place for deals ( i think they might be closing this mall soon) but they dont have a lot of stores anymore
BIG T BIZARRE- the hood- this place will sell you anything from fake id and social security numbers to fake fubu and coach. I mean the name of the game at Big T is knock off's that look like the real thing (they got tons of cheap fake bling, which I thing is tacky, but hey different strokes for different folks)
Red Bird mall- I dont suggest this. Someone was shot and killed there in recent years for wearing the wrong colors not family friendly, if you do go pack your mace
Have fun!

Nicholas Sparks is my favorite!!! I Love ALL of his books. I've read all of them except 'At First Sight' -which im readin now, and 'Three weeks with my Brother'. My Favorite outta all his books though would probably be 'The Notebook'. But I LOVE all of them. You should all read them if you havent.,...well if you like Romance novels.
