To the "Tonight Show" powers that be:
I am sure that by now you have received plenty of info from fans on one of the most incredible, young blues/rock guitarists to have come along in years: JOE BONAMASSA. Ask Kevin - I'm sure he knows of Joe!
You've been made of aware of how such influential music ICONS such as B.B. King and Buddy Guy have nothing but the highest praise for this amazing performer.
With the upcoming release of his 5th studio album "Had To Cry Today" ( and from what I've already heard, his best album to date! ) just a few short weeks away ( August 24th ) I think it would be a tremendous opportunity for the Tonight Show to be the first late night talk show to showcase Joe and his band.
If you are unaware of the talents of this young man then may I suggest checking out both the official website as well as the fan site at the following addresses:
http://www.jbonamassa.com/ Official Site
http://www.bonamassabluesrock.com/ Fan Site
An outstanding blues/rock guitarist/vocalist such as Joe should be promoted and showcased to as large an audience as possible, and I am sure after he performs on the Tonight Show that you will be inundated with TONS of email and phone calls from viewers who will ask who that was that made their jaw drop to the floor!
Do it. Book JOE BONAMASSA ASAP................................Heaven forbid that the late night guy over on CBS beats you to the punch!

I would really love to see the band Twisted Method preform. They played on the 2003 Ozzfest tour on the second stage. Twisted Method was so good, that many people thought they should have been on the main stage.
There are many fans who agree with me that it would be awesome for Twisted Method to come onto the show. I love every song on their cd (Escape From Cape Come)and i can listen to the entire thing without skipping any songs. Not many cd's are that way.
If any of you other people that are posting artist to preform on Jay Leno and want to know more about this band, go to their official website.

I can't figure out WHY they don't have their very own
KEVIN EUBANKS & BAND as "guests" every month--they are so talented, and we never get to hear them play except snippets going to commercial break! Mr. Eubanks is known as the world's best Jazz guitarist, and his band is exceptional....it sure would be wonderful if the producers would show some respect to their own people!!
If Jay is really a FRIEND, he'd see that they had Mr. Eubanks and Band play a full song as the Featured Musical Guest--there are millions who would appreciate this!
Thanks for listening!

I would like to see "Skull" on your show. Skull (Bernie Talty) is a kind of one man band. He plays guitar and sings while playing electronic drums with his feet. You can see Bernie at SkullMedia.com. His current video is rather tame compared to what he can do. When his feet really get moving it is quite a show. I hope you take the time to check out Skull, he is fun to watch.

I want Shania Twain!
I agree Shania is an awesome performer. With her new Greatest hits coming out soon and her new single "Party For Two" already climbing the charts....4 sure would love to see her perform it live.
Not only that but Shania is a very naturally funny person and Jay is one of the few hosts to bring that out and show that side of her...give her some couch time Jay! It will be a ratings winner!!

i myself (and i am sure that my fellow christian brothers and sisters would agree) would like to see more christian bands not only play the music of God message, but to be interviewed as well.
like.. The Newsboys!, or Audio Adrenaline, or Third Day,Caedmon's Call, FFH, 4 HIM, Jars of Clay, Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael W. Smith, Jeremy Camp, Kuttless, The Katina's, Toby Mac.... and that's just to name a few.
These bands are so faithful to not only God but to the people (Us the Fans) I like to think of these guys as the Desiples of [censored].. they are to take God's word to the world and that's what they are doing.
Jay, please bring some of these bands on the show and you will see these bands are really awsome not only as a band but as people.
thanks for letting me share.

PLEASE bring back your favorite "goofball" Singer/Songwriter/Actor/Tonight Show Correspondent CHRIS ISAAK & his band Silvertone. A new album, a new movie, and a heck of a great concert tour! The recent opening act on tour has been Aslyn (http://www.aslyn.net)- please consider bringing her on the show too- a really great voice. Thanks.
