Oh, Conan, please! We love You, but Tarja is something else. She has done nothing good to our country. And it would be horrible if she was elected again. Please don't forward her campaign. This former leader of a lesbian organization has even said that it would be good fos us if we were a part of Russia. Do You love Russia? We true finns don't.

Your popularity in our country is huge and well deserved. It is really wrong, though, to use it to mislead people. When loving you, they may now choose a future even you can't imagine. Do you really want this kind of responsibility over a small nation's destiny?

The "huge" popularity of Conan in Finland is a joke and Conan knows it. I guess some couple of thousand people watch Conan occasionally. SubTV is not even available in every part of the country.

Most people have cable, total maybe 60-70 percent are able to see SubTV which cannot possibly make a profit:
As there is usually no commercials during the show, not many watch it. No different from other shows on SubTV.

_Most_ 12-24 year olds (maybe 70 percent of girls and 50 percent of boys, my own estimate, not based on anything) probably watch Conan every night - and the younger ones' parents very often watch as well. Even my grandparents watch Conan often (they are looking after my younger sister as my parents work sometimes both nighshift). The commercials (and I counted 8 last show, which is more than during anything else that is on that time, at eleven pm) exist - maybe they show less in different towns, as they have own commercials to different towns. Conan is probably the most watched show and subtv which shows it, the most watched channel, most nights at the time it is shown (except when there is some big-name movie at the same time, which is not often) - however, at 11pm, most people sleep already.
Yet that does not mean conan is huge, nothing is huge in Finland, people are as cool or frozen as the weather.
But there definitely is a lot more talk about him in the papers nowadays than about the previous favorite, kauniit ja rohkeat with ridge (bold and beautiful soap.)

Not only lesbian, gay men too were lead by her, showing her courage. Would you dare lead Seta ? She has [censored] big as..
as... nothing is that big. Big as the sun.
Some of the younger women probably vote for Sauli as he is a single man, as do some of the men who want to vote for same sex (otherwise called homosexuals) but straight men obviously vote for a woman.

(The parties have not noticed it as they still are putting men to all kinds of positions, but women in Finland are more schooled and more interested in politics than men, so those of the parties that want to succeed will have to end putting men in position of power.)
