hey remember the guy conan called a hunk who use to come on and ask for directions, and him and conan would stare at eachother, what was the song they played its ticking me off

That guy was hunky. And a newcomer. Too bad he's not a hunky Asian boytoy like Toshi. The hunky newcomer, Eli Newell, was actually also in last year's State of the Show address, as one of the "attractive young people making out."
The title of the song is "Welcome to My Life" by A Simple Plan. (Why am I always the one to post the song titles?)

The song was "Welcome To My Life" by Simple Plan.
I work as a DJ at a radio station that played the song when it was in the Top 40 last year, and any time it came on all I could think of was Conan!
