found 1 clue in each chapter 3 and 4 and 1 on each of the sponser pages and the mystery that should make 5 total my counter that tells me how many i have found tells me i have 9 total the counter that tells me how many there is tells me i have none left

i don't know if this helps but this is what you should have -
1 in each video = 4 (there are 4 videos)
2 on each sponsor = 4
2 in the vedetta site = 2 (one on the front page and one in week 2 videos - just look for the symbols)
that would be a total of 10 clues

i want to make sure that this is correct i found the 10th clue today and my counter says that there is -1clues avaible is that correct and if so when does it go back to 0...also i think that monk is alister crane if u really paid attention to what was said in chapter 4 i really think it is him why would antiono say that he is going to make everyones life hell including his own family like teresa it does not make since to me

thats right it should show -1 and it will reset later on to day or tomarrow

for the life of me, i cannot see the clues on the ad pages. i've right clicked, i've turned off blockers... and i can't see anything but the text in the ad they want me to see. anyone have any other suggestions?

I had the same problem. Turning off "pop-up blockers" didn't work...but when I turned off "ads blocker"...a whole new world appeared! Hope this helps.

has anybody found all the clues for the second week and when will the 3rd week be up

have all 10 clues and week 3 should start tuesday

Week 3 should start on Monday with the sponsor clues, then Tuesday and Thursday are the videos and the hidden clue...who knows!

i've found three colored clues in certain areas of the web site that dont seem to count and also, in the fist chapter video, the priest has a silver bracelet, and it won't let u click on it either, and chad harris is the last photo in the 4 th chapter but i cant seem to click on him to get info, and i wish we could store our video bookmarks, is there a way to do that?

I have downloaded the new flash8 player and I still cannot run the video.. anyone have an idea why? I really want this clue. Thanks for your help guys...

I have downloaded it as well, but when I go on chapter 5 it says I need to update my flash which I have done! It says 'Macromedia Flash Player Successfully Installed' What do I do now?

I'm stilling having the problem..its driving me nuts. I can't fiqure out what to do next. I hope I do soon.

We will have a new solution for those that still can not see the videos by the end of the week.

We are trying hard to make it so everyone can view the videos. We will also be giving out the video clues as a text link after the chapters have been up for a duration of time.

Mod, there's a problem that needs fixing. The URL to the newest chapter that is linked to the small photo on the right side with Paloma and Simone in it is wrong. It's right in the drop down menu and on the link box on the right, but not in the little photo. It has an extra set of words duplicated in it.

ok I have the latest macromedia flah download but mine still wont play...why cant we have the in wma format because my computer works better with that. Isnt there a way where NBC can make it so we can choose which format to use intead of everyone having to use the same format

I can watch the videos just fine. But the site is not "storing" the clues I find. It still keeps the same balance, and I have been totally unable to view any of the "extras" because of this. Any ideas?

I switched to DSL just to play this game, Why doesn't Chapter 7 work?

For the first time during this mystery, I'm not getting the video to work. Chapter 7 stops after the advertisement and just continually looks like it is loading. I'll try the other chapters again and see if they work still.

I am also having problems getting chapter 7 have got all other chapters just fine and it stops at the end of the Garnier commercial and will not go on to the new chapter

In my case, the chapter 7 video starts(the actual scene, not the commercial), but it won't play all the way through, it stops right after the mouse runs across the floor. Any suggestions?

I am havinbg the same problem. Right after Simone says that she is going up stairs to get something to eat it stops and doesnt go any further. What the hell is wrong with this

i log on to the passion vendetta site and chapter 7 plays.but my mouse doesn't turn green when you hit a hot spot, and i go to click on the clues..and it won't do anything...what's up with that?.....i love this mystery and want to continue playing it..but it's hard when the site isn't cooperating with me

The version of the chapter video that plays on the main page is a different format, meaning NOT INTERACTIVE AND YOU CAN'T CLICK IT. You have to go to the link for Chapter 7 to get the interactive version.

I've been having problems with the video. I did upgrade the flash player. I didn't have any problems in chapter 1-4. Starting Chapter 5-8 I am having problems. It won't view the video. All I get it a white Screen. The whole page is is white and on the bottom of the page would say done. Which means done loading. Would u have any idea what is wrong is that?

I upgraded the flash link but it still is not giving me credit for the clues. It says that I've found a clue but will not give me credit in the vault. Can you help me?

There's a "Clue not counting" thread also which was created by the MODs.

this is driving me crazy i havent had any problems with the videos till now. and now i cant see chapter9 or 10 someone please help i upgraded and everything

This is just frustrating. I am still having problems. I use to be able to view the videos, and since chapter 10, I have not. I have upgraded, did a clean up on my computer and what ever else has been suggested, and I am still having problems. I have only recieved one email for the hint that is suppose to be sent out. I really think they need a new web person on this site that knows what they are doing if they want to have something like this. I give up. This really sucks.

I agree this really sucks and I have had enough..I quit...it's bad enough the show sucks anymore....it drags and drags...now this....I haven't gotten anything since chapter 11

I had problems with the videos too, but this is what worked for me: I turned off completly the add blocking and pop up blocking, now i can watch all the videos without no problem and, so far, i got all the clues. Hope this can help you too.

ok, I have updated but it doesn't work! when vendetta started I could watch all the videos and now none of them play and I updated the flash and am constantly checking and refreshing and so far I've got only chap 14 to work, I don't know what to do.. HELP!?
