I can't play because it won't show me the chapters. It won't play! I just now found this thing going, so someone else may have already had this problem. Why can't I see this?

WOW, Calm down.. Maybe nobody was on when you were asking for help. Plus, there are about 10 different threads where people are trying to explain help on the videos.

Try this (takes 20 seconds) :
- right click in the video window, choose options
- click on the "Restore Defaults" button
- drag the slider for "video acceleration" to None
- click "OK"

It is a known bug in Windows Media Player. I hope that helps
