I was able to get chapter 5, but when I click on chapter 6 it says I already have that clue and my thing says one clue left to find. Help me please.

I realized that when I click on ch. 6 at the top it says ch. 4 instead.

Whenever I click on chapter 5 or chapter 6, chapter 4 plays! Help!

I could get chapter 5 but when i click on chapter 6 it seems to be accidentally linked to chapter 4 instead of 6!

unable to get chapter 6 clue because it keep showing chap.4 is anyone else having that problem.

I have tried to view the fourth video - even the alternative video - following the instructions at the bottom to click there to see the clue. . . I downloaded the flash player. I have not had any problems with 1,2,3,5 and 6. Please help and thanks!

I have reloaded Flash, restarted my machine, and I've tried the alternative videos. I can watch the videos fine one way or the other. However, when I click on the clues it will either not count them towards my "vault" or on the alternative video, it tells me I already have that clue.

I'm sad and frustrated because I have heard there are a lot of great bonuses, and I'm a big fan!!! Is there a fix coming or at least some other way to access all the extras?

My pc is only 2 years old and I'm on a high speed cable connection. I can't think of anything more to try on my end to get this thing to work.

When I try and view chapter 4 video it freezes up right after the intro. I have tried the alternative viedo and it is doing the same thing. I can see and view chapters 1,2,3,5, and 6 just fine. What do I do. Please help.

same here....i had to reset my clues....it takes forever for the videos to load and sometimes they don't since i have dial up...its slow...so i use these....they were working perfectly fine the first time....but now when i came to get the clue...the video work...but the link at the bottom said that i gotten a week three video clue for chapter 1......

NBC please fix these......the links that are assciated with the videos becasue i would like to open the weeks up again...i've seen all the videos....i just need the clues.

I am also having problems with the alts! I even erased all my clues and started over. Now instead of 14 clues I have 9 and the rest are chapter clues! Please help.

I wanted to add this to my post, but my edit time has expired. Since I can't get the video,the alts. are my only means of getting the clues. I had all of the except Chap. 6 and that wouldn't work. So I clear my clues and started over, and now I have chap. 6, but not the other 5. Could it still be reading that I have those clues? Everytime I click on one it says I already have it and I don't.

Fixing it now... Will be up in one hour.

I know there about about a half dozen posts about this but i thought you might notice better if i posted in here. lol. But chapter 7 is not working. Just a heads up.

7 worked for me but 6 still isn't! It keeps saying that i already have the symbol! But... it says i have 2 clues left to find and I KNOW that the clues are in 6 because everytime i click on 6... it tells me i already have the symbol!

Yes it works now. but at 8am this morning it wasnt working for anyone lol.

Oh and the 2 clues that you have left are probably the sponsor clues that they just added for this week. did you try getting them yet?

I still can not view chapter 7. I get as far as the opening when the key drops and then everything goes black.

Chapter 7 is not working for me and I have tried everything including sending this message several times and I do not see it on the message board. PLEASE FIX CHAPTER 7!

Sending a message umpteen times will not help anything. All it does is unnecessarily fill the board.

I had this same problem with week 3 chapter 6. I finally had to erase all of the clues and start all over and it worked. I hope this helps you. Let anyone else know who is having problems.

I have found most of the clues -- those in the videos about the Monk and those on alternative places. But no matter what I cannot find the clues in the advisements. I click all over, but nothing. Is there a way to slow down the advertisements, so I can watch more closely???

To date I have 12 clues found and 8 more to find. Those I believe are the ones in the advertisements for all the chapters. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I have all 20 clues in total I will now have to wait until next week to get some more clues.

The sponsors are not in the videos. Go to the sponsors button under the vault and then click on each sponsor

I still can't view any of the videos. All I see are the Garnier commercials, and then the screen goes black. The alternate videos worked until Chapter 6 was posted. Now nothing works! Help!

I have a question about week 5 photo gallery. I have all the clues up to date and when I go into the vault and go into extra's I see all the 5 week photos. The only thing that does not show up is in the gallery strip it only shows up to week 4 (Spike and Monk) week 5 only still has a symbol on it and no picture. Can you please help

Please help i cant get chapter 11 to work. it gets a far as spike then it stops.

Some people on here should be grateful that this thread even exists for those of us that can't open the actual videos. No one should be so demanding of the videos. Quit being impatient and be glad we even have this option. Give people time to post, some people have a life other than the computer. Save the mad face icons for someone who deserves them. I thought this was suppose to be a GAME.
