This was absolutely my favorite show! It is so sad that it is going off the air.
I am somewhat disturbed by the finale in terms of Will and Graces' relationship. The Jack and Karen finale was perfect. The song they sang togehter was so touching and showed off their superb musical talents. I will never forget it.
The ending between Will and Grace however was disturbing for me. Throughout the whole 8 years we are told that there is no more important relationship than the one they shared together. And then they go and wipe all of that out. I certainly felt that Grace was more to Will than Vince could ever have been. What I would have liked to have seen is somewhere down the road, Leo and Graces' relationship fizzle with Grace realizing that regardless how non-traditional and non-sexual it was, they still were happiest together. The fact that they didn't speak for 16 years was so bothersome to me-- just didn't go with the rest of the 8 years at all. Made me think that Max Mutchnick just wanted it to parallel his life in the end.
Nevertheless, such a fantastic show. I will miss it dearly

I will forever miss Will and Grace. Thank God for the re-runs on the Lifetime Channel. I want to comment on a few things, if I may.
First of all, I feel like everbody else does; we lost a wonderful show with some very real and wonderful people. I sure we can relate to all of the charaters, gay or straight, in some way, shape and form. Although they are each going their own separate ways, in my opinion, they will never be as succesful as their characters on W & G. Megan will always be Karen Walker no matter what she does. And to show us that Karen is not forgotten, Megan should have Karen host the show one time, or bring Karen on as a guest on the show. Now, wouldn't that be a hoot?
Sean Hayes will always be Jack. Jack and Karen should have gone off to do their own show.
With regard to the finale, let me say this. My heart sunk knowing that W & G hadn't seen each other in 20 years. Why? Obviously, they lived near each other, and near the bar that they met up at, right? So, why couldn't they have seen each other? It's not like they lived in separate countries or sepater states. I did not like that 20 years passed because now there is no hope of ever bringing this show back, by popular demand. I wonder if each of them knew how loved they are all, if they would come back. Soap operas run for a loooong time. This show could have, also.
