I am still having problems with the Chapter 22 when I click on the symbol it is telling me that I already found it. But my available is telling me I still have 1. Also I already got the one for the interview. Please help

I went to get the clue 54 and it said I already had that clue! How could it that be when this is the first time I have looked at the chapter since it has been out?

go to catch me up page, and click on clue #2 if that doesn't work, click on all the clue numbers until you have the message that the vault has been unlocked.

That didn't work for me so I had to erase all my clues and start over now I am reregistered and all cought up

That was pretty awful. I know there are many fans who are having fun on this site and this mess-up was unfortunate. It really did create problems for the video to work correctly. I hope that you can get through this and we will have a fun ending. Thank you NBC.

Thanks to the clue not coming up I still find a great clue on the puzzle. I know who the monk is!!

Thanks for the fix ..... BUT what happened?
Was it an internal tech goof? as some have said, a Hacker?
Do you have safeguards in place, either procedural for staff, or security for external 'forces' to prevent this from happening again? Curious. Been 'involved' with computers since the late 70's, and realize the complexity of this site ... but what DID happen?

I read some of the boards before starting the videos and was heartbroken to find out there was something wrong but tried to click the clues anyway on Thurs. when that didn't work I just waited until Fri. morning and the clues worked for me Thanks again and hopefully it will not happen again.

The puzzle piece said it was Mr. Crane but if's not him it could be someone that has died it won't be the first time that soaps brought someone back maybe old Al brainwashed someone that everyone thought was died before someone tried to kill him.

Yes, it WAS fixed ... for awhile.
But it seems the gremlins have appeared again when Chap 23 was loaded.
Julian's extra piece has shown up in the puzzle.
When you go to Chap 23 with the 'chapter' button, or click here to get clue, above video on main page .... the picture at the top never loads .... the clues found is blank ... the clues available is blank .... in the video, there are three separate clues that are acknowledged as found ... on the wall, at the very beginning, on the laptop, and the knife .... but since the 'clue' numbers are blank .... NONE of them registers .... same problem as last week on Thurs/Fri ..... PLEASE FIX .... since these are the SAME problems .... your tech support should know how to fix and get it done FASTER this time!!

The problem is that there is nothing that no one knows about anything but at the same time someone must know something about what no one knows. I wish I knew what they knew so that they also knew that I knew what they know. Clue #55 is what we need to know. No?
