Many of your fan stayed up all night. I really think they are a little upset with the ending and many have lost all patience.

It's nice to FINALLY get something from NBC.
BUT it's now more than 18 hours after the promised time of completion. Some message, acknowledging there WAS indeed a problem that you all were aware of, and were trying to fix, SHOULD have been posted within an hour or two of the start of that problem, with a notation that updates would be posted at a later time. Leaving everyone in the dark, getting frustrated and/or disappointed, is NOT good public relations and is inexcusable!

I NEVER said it was a life or death situation. I don't appreciate others misrepresenting my statements.

I WAS admonishing NBC for being slow to communicate with their viewers. A delay of over 18 hours to acknowledge a problem that all who accessed the site already suspected is IMHO NOT acceptable. It IS poor public relations.

You are right, it is poor public relations. Which is why IMHO I said it wasn't a life or death situation, never did I quote you as saying this. All I know is that some people have taken this stuff way over board and I was just making light of it. Again it is for entertainment purposes, not to feed ourself or our families. Know what I mean? Either way the stress of waiting is over and we have resolutions and explanations....goodie.

NBC did give us a good board. We have enjoyed playing the game. We have enjoyed the vault and all the little extras.

I understand this board had glitches. You worked it out and you got the board up again.

I do not understand why you put up a board for 12 weeks with the big buildup being the Monk's reveal? You led us to believe we would be the first to see the Monk, before the show was aired. We all felt this way.

It was wrong for NBC to put the reveal video on MSNBC the weekend before the reveal. You had ample time to provide us with enough puzzle pieces so we would have seen the reveal before then. You obviously didn't care if people knew ahead of time....so why wasn't the reveal video shown here first?

You knew parts of Canada would see the reveal first? Why didn't you make sure, we would see it first?

WHAT YOU DID HAVE TO DO WAS PROVIDE US WITH THE REVEAL LAST NIGHT. YOU PROMISED THAT PART TO US. YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE SOMEONE WAS THERE TO SEE THIS WENT OFF WITHOUT A GLITCH.

There is no mistake when the midnight reveal was. It was last night. I was sitting up waiting for it, as were many others. WHERE WERE YOU NBC???????????

Revelations

Greetings, my loyal followers. This is a momentous occasion for us all. It is a time of revelations. A time of destinies fulfilled. My heart pounds with extraordinary anticipation. Tonight, my identity will be disclosed, and soon after, the motives for my vendetta. It has been a long, arduous journey, and I thank you for your messages of support.

The revelations will not stop with the unveiling of my identity. In actuality, this is just the beginning. As my nemesis, the clairvoyant nun, predicted, many secrets will be revealed in the coming weeks. They will forever affect the lives of everyone in Rome and even those in Harmony. By the time the 4th of July rolls around, youll have already seen plenty of fireworks.

im sorry i have to say something to you beth... i complained a little, who doesn't complain a little... im sure that ppl on this board complain about soldiers dying in iraq... my soldier is supposed to deploy in iraq, and i worry about it every day... doesn't mean i can't complain about something that was frustrating... nbc was fixing it, yes, but they should have said something to us, but, just because ppl are complaining about this thing doesn't mean they don't care about worldly things.

If you really hope that Passions is cancelled, then I'm glad you aren't gonna watch it anymore. The show doesn't need your bad vibes. There are plenty of people who are upset about this, but they still love the show and will continue to watch it. I know I will keep watching.

Wow. Geez...relax! It's a SOAP OPERA and while yes, I do highly enjoy watching it/reading about it, since when do the viewers control what is going on? Come on! Yes. The BIG REVEAL sucked. But oh well! LET IT GO. Goodness.

I have to say I was one that was extremely upset at NBC for not acknowleging we fans earlier. Alot of us were up all night in anticipation of the reveal. I however will continue to support and watch passions. I enjoy this soap more than any other, and I have been watching soaps for about 30 years. I was not dissappointed with the reveal of the Monk being Alister. I love his character. I just sincerely wish that in the future, if we fans can be given notice that things have gone wrong, or at least let us know that NBC does care about their fan base.
