"The Whiners"; a couple named "Doug Whiner" and "Wendy Whiner" aired from around 1980-82. The actor and actress was Joe Piscopo and Robin Duke. Good luck on finding any clips on the internet... I have looked, and can't find any.

That is Doug and Wendy Wyner. That was Joe Piscopo and Robin Duke. Jody
