There are a lot of things that are mentioned on the show that we never get to see. Are there any that come to mind for you?

I watched The Carpet this weekend and was howling at Michael promising a client he would personally deliver 40 boxes of paper in his Sebring. (I bought my husband a grill last weekend and it took the entire Lowe's staff to figure out how to get it into my (non-covertible) Sebring.) I would have loved to see Michael make good on THAT promise!

I would also love to see the 9 bedroom house on the beet farm. Maybe Dwight could host an office party next season.

Anything else that intrigues you guys?

I work for a paper distributor. We often get orders of 40 boxes or more. (In fact it's usually much, much more than that.) A box of paper is 5000 sheets (8.5 x 11). Fourty boxes is one ton of paper. Even if Michael was to somehow manage to fit all 40 boxes into a Sebring (passengers seat, back seat, trunk), the car's shocks would be under extreme stress. A large enough bump in the road and he'd have a big problem. LOL

They mention this on "Bring Your Daughter to Work Day" but why exactly is a paper distributor needed?

Why don't people buy from Staples, or even direct from GeorgiaPacific?

One word. Volume. We sell mostly to printing companies. They will order tons at a time. We have one very large trade printer that orders well over 300 tons of paper per week. With that kind of volume we can beat Staples and G.P. on per unit price.

Another thing is variety. Textured papers, translucent papers, specialty paper, recycled paper, more colour selections, etc. Again, the big two don't have as much to offer in this area. And we offer a full service to printers by supplying inks, solvents, cleaners, all the printer's needs in one stop shopping, delivered to their door next day. Staples and G.P. just can't provide that all round service.

So do you actually MAKE paper products or just distribute them? If you don't make them, I assume you buy then from a variety of suppliers...which begs the question, do you have like a MEGA big warehouse somewhere to store all this stuff?

Atif; actually, we have a number of warehouses across the country. The one that I work at is considered one of the smaller ones, at 250,000 square feet and a storage capacity of 7000 metric tons of product. Our other warehouses can hold much more. We buy all our product directly from the paper mills, e.g. Domtar, Mead, Condat, Avery Dennison, Consolidated Bathurst, etc.

Diapers, I like the idea of Pam riding a Jetski. I think they could make a whole show out of just watching Pam riding a Jetski, in a nice two-piece bikini, yeah, I would tune in week to week for a show like that.

That's right. They should have an actually casual Friday. Maybe Micheal could make a few comments (whether they be compliments gone wrong or flat out insults) on how some of them dress outside the office. Just a thought.

Would love to see Angela's house. Still think Pam should move in with her temporarily. I'd be willing to bet Angela would be the type of person who checks the level of condiments in the jars to make sure her roommate isn't using any. (And, yes, I did know someone who did that.)
