thats nice gift...but maybe you can try make a fear factor b-day dirt cake with those gummy worms and bugs....::thinking of some other ideas:: but tell him that all the fans on these boards will wish him a happy fear factor birthday (i know i will)

great ideas, Can you guys suggest some games and entertainment ideas for a party with a Fear Factor Theme? I found some ideas on the net, but they were mostly for kids, any adult ideas? My husband claims he'd eat most of the things they do on the show.

maybe u can create shots of blended worms and stuff like that...

you could do eating hot peppers, or some other wierd things are headcheese and pickled pigs feet.
