So I just watched an interview with Conan on youtube and he said they went to Germany. Since I haven't been able to watch the show for a long time I didn't get that. So what did they do in germany? And what city did they go to?

He went to Germany a long time ago, probably in the first five years of the show. There's a clip on NBC's Late Night web site under "Travels with Conan."
I remember he went on a German talk show that pretty much ripped him off.

The show he was on had a few bits that were right out of "Late Night." They had Clutch Cargo and desk driving. There's a part in the clip where Conan brings this up to the producer and tells her he wants $30,000. He does it in a funny way, but I couldn't believe it when I saw that clip.
