NBC > Reality > America's Got Talent

I was searching for a thread where a member was saying most of the acts
in the show are KNOWNS as opposed to UNKNOWNS. That surprized me a little huh.gif
So, given that, should one of the better known acts get the money, or a very good
unknown-undiscovered talent??

Well if it would go by my opinion, this show would only be for unknown newcomers.
But it would be hard to draw the line.

When it comes to America's got Talent. The Rules from NBC are clear.
Pretty much everything goes. Pro or Beginner doesnt matter.
Not really fair....

I don't really have a problem with acts that have been devoting themselves to trying to make it....it should be about talent. I'd rather reward someone that's been working like crazy and sacrificing and just hasn't had the kind of huge break 25 million viewers gets you over someone sitting at home with raw talent and having it handed to them. So my vote would definitely skew towards hard work and talent over some arbritrary measure of what's the most amateur. I would be surprised if 5% of the viewers have seen any of these acts before.
