[size=7]First of all I can't believe I am taking the time to do this but I was so blown away by that little girls voice I want to know what happened to her. I can't believe she did not make the semi finals. I tuned in late and see a dog act instead of her. Unbelievable. I would appreciate it if someone can explain when and why she was eliminated.

I agree! I want an explanation. Someone suggested that her dad was whoring her, which may be true, (I would hope not) but she still deservers to have her incredible talent recognized! I do believe that she will get a gig out of this on her own anyway.

I would like to know too. In fact it is the reason I signed up... So I could ask what happened. But now that I see the question has already been asked I just want to know how we can find out. ok...just to let you guys know, todays episode is only 1 of 4 semi-final episodes...so there are three semi-finals to come, and i'm pretty sure biancas going to be in one of them...

I had emailed the English judge and NBC asking what happened.

That makes a little more sense. But I think that they should know she is most definately an American favorite. I got chills when I heard her and I know the judges did as well. So I guess no need for a riot yet if she still has a chance.

I know, I was worried she was eliminated too, but thank the Lord these are not the last of the semi-finals.

she has enought talent to arrive to the top just with her singer, she does not need to do anything else!

In the English language a semi-final just means the one before the finals...it has nothing to do with the number of people, episodes, or anything of the sort. I know where you're coming from cuz usually there are two in semis and four in quarters, but that's when teams are head to head.

You are correct but if there are three more of these so called semi finals then it is not the episode before the final. I missed the beginning of the show so I am not sure if the winner picked by the judges goes on plus another one picked by the audiance. If that is the case and there are 3 more shows then there will be 8 finalists. Then 4 and then the finals. When there are 4 left I that is the semifinals. Don't mean to be anal but there also is no such thing as a person "gone or went missing". They are missing or were missing. Someone doesn't go missing. Well that's another topic and lost cause.

My mistake. As far as the first part goes, i should have said the round before the finals. All four episodes comprise one round. Also, when I said head to head I was referring to sports or the debate in forensics. I think this probably compares better to the speech side of forensics where it was not common for us to have 8 people in the finals, all competing against each other. We tried not to have more than eight. If there were then we'd have to do semi finals first. Since this is judged instead of decided upon by a final score of a game, we don't have to do it the same way they did the world cup. They can have as many or as few rounds as they want in order to fill the season.

just to let you know she wasnt eliminated. there are more weeks of semi finals to come. they better not of eliminated her she is the best talent out there. she brings chills when you hear her sing. she will be a big talent no matter where she goes.
