Only if both acts are the top two. If At Last and Rialis are the top two vote-getters, Pierc can just stand up and say: "You know what, you're the two we were debating over, so hurray, you're both in."
However, while I think Pierc will get his way with At Last getting the vote in, I think Bobby Badfingers has enough of a fan following that he'll be joining At Last up front instead.
If At Last wins America's vote, Pierc can still get what he wants, but he's going to have a hard time justifying to the other two judges and the audience why he's going to slight their second choice for a circus act. Sad but true, acrobats get no respect.
And if Bobby pulls out the votes over At Last, Dave and Brandy are going to kill him (Pierc, not Bobby).
