Really, I did vote for At Last quite a few times, but If I new the judges were not going to pick them I would have voted even more.

I would have thought since th judges waited, they have have pick after the American results, or they would have picked At Last at the start of the show.

That was so stupid, plus all those wasted votes.

Yeah they are just another here today gone tomorrow BOY BAND! Today's BACK STREET BOYS. I think that there were a lot more talented acts then the BOYS!

Yeah they were great, but the phone lines were always busy (i dont like redialing for more than 5 mins), and I think that you can vote online once or something along those lines. I'm happy that they advanced anyways.

You can vote online, but they make you give your phone # and e-mail to do so. I think, unlike American Idol, NBC is actually trying to do something about power-voting.

I will admit, I'm surprised how many vocal acts the judges have put through so far, but it's unfair to say that one of them should go to AI when singing is obviously a talent as any of the other acts there are... 'Sides, American Idol may be for singers, but they have 1) an age limit(not really important when talking about At Last, though), and 2) it's only for solo acts, no group acts.

They are not just a boy band. They are talented a capella singers who deserve to win. And what's with the bad rap with boy bands? If they have good vocals and talent, they deserve to win as well.

I am reading how the JUDGES put through singing acts and what everyone is not looking at is that the judges didn't do it---America did. The judges put through a duo which included the harmonica player, LD Miller, and put through an acrobatic duo--Rialis--America voted for Taylor Ware, a yodeler, and a singing group, At LAst. The judges have not really put anyone in the finals based on vocals, yet.

CALA, I have to agree with you. They are an exceptional group of asian americans who sing a capella very well.
I was an accompanist for a young lady for the show's first running. She got xxx'd quickly, but during the down time, I was able to play for At Last and Natashia Le. I even gave her a quick piano lesson.
The boys in At Last have incredible insight in the music that they choose for the show. I suggested Aint No Sunshine for Elijah Babtiste, who needed a back-up number to an Elvis number...look where it got At Last...
btw, I didn't have info that At Last was going to sing that song.

Natashia and At Last were my choices for the running...I think I know talent!

Welcome to the boards, Scott, good to have insight into the show--I personally think Brandy is finally being honest, but you could take Piers seat anytime!

I know that Brandy shouldn't be judging anything that she doesn't know about.

She needs to have more education...and if anyone can afford it, she can.

Sorry, guys, but they are extremely mediocre as far as a cappella goes...(see my other post).

They have intonation problems, lousy beat box and no harmonies to speak of.
