Full Version: Results Show Too Long?
NBC > Reality > America's Got Talent

Does anyone else agree with me that 60 minutes is too long for the results show? I really don't care about "emerging talent" who aren't part of this show. I am not looking forward to how they are going to fill the last half hour...

It is too long, but frankly, there's nothing else on TV worth watching (unless you wanna watch repeats)

That emerging talent bit, I wonder who that guy is under contract to? *cough*Simon Cowell*cough*

Some of the wierd acts they show ae better than what goes to the semi. Maybe with a better MC things would perk up a little.

Too long? They make it like that so that you can see and get more familiar with the competitors, and see special guests like Teddy Geiger. It would be more boring if they make it half an hour and say something like "'so and so' has advanced to the finals." Amusingly, they have a rerun of tonights show (just ending) now on another channel.

Yeah. Nix that Smashing Pumpkins-sounding guy trying to use the program to sell his CD, nix one of the five goofball acts and go with the 1-4 format you had next week, and don't make the top two perform since the Millers and All That didn't have to last week either. That plus the commercial breaks in between those useless bits should be enough to keep it to a half-hour.
