By the judges not telling who the judges pick winner was til the next nite ment that all phoning in or texting were voting for ten acts instead of nine which ment whoever voted for the judges winner should have gone to the other nine ...that would have made a BIG differents who the winner of the phone or text votes and may have changed the second winner...remember they are going for a million bucks so guess they will have to redone last nights and tonights shows to make it fair or put all ten through to the finals

Maby not "in court" but their system of coming up with an unanimous vote, in my opinion, resulted in them not comming up with a choice. If each judge had the choice of picking their own favorite, I think that none of this situation would of occured.

Based on the contract ALL the performers signed, there is no way they can sue. They all agreed that anything the producer says is the law and the producer has the right to change the competition at will and without notice.
