Who enjoyed the scenes between Sami and Bo today. It was actually good. I hope Sami listens to her Uncle Bo about being suspicious of EJ. Bo is usually never wrong when he has ahunch or suspects someone, and I hope Sami takes that into concideration.

i hate all this Lucas bashing like EJ is some saint granted Lucas isnt perfect then again noone said he was but Lucas would never intentionaly hurt Sami unlike someone else who is making her choose btw him and her son, sleeping with her worst enemy and trying to destroy her family but its ok because hes hott and he cares about her

He told Sami that he really truly wanted to be her friend and quit the sniping back and forth. That is the first step, to stop the fighting between the to, then to work on there friendship. Im loving the direction that Lumi is heading. Things are finally starting to look up.
Im really hoping that Sami takes her Uncle Bos advice and keeps an eye on EJ becuse we all know that snake is up to no good.

I don't get it either. EJ is such a sleaze ball, in today's episdoe he came right out and said that he gives up. It's all a game to EJ. If he loved Smai so much he wouldn't be getting it on with Kate 2 minutes later.
Sure Lucas isn't perfect, he's made mistakes, but so has Sami. They are two imperfect people and that's what I love about them. The prefect people are the boring people.

I honestly thought after the drugging incident that Lucas really would get rid of Kate for good. He even stuck to it for a little while. It was totally dissapointing when she started talking toher little by little eppi by eppi. Ugh, Kate pretty much weazeled her way back into Lucas life.

I was suprised myself. Luke and Laura .. I would calle BOPE a MINI Luke and Laura ya know. I just feel with the way things have been with LUMI and what lies ahead for them, they could reach that super couple status, like Luke and Laura.

OH what a good day that will be Yes, Kate always manages to weasel her way back in to Lucas's life and I hate the fact that Lucas lets her. The only thing I can think of is the fact that for 18 years Kate is all Lucas had, he has a loyalty to her because of that and therefore he forgives her. I was really hoping he would have stuck to his guns after he told her that what she did to him was worse then anything Sami had done and he never wanted to talk to her again. After Lucas finds out that Kate hired EJ to keep him and Sami apart, I hope that he gets mad at her and stays mad at her for a long time. Kate deserves to be alone...or with EJ, I'm not sure which is worse.

In a strange way, it's almost admirable because of the fact that he's stayed so loyal. Now, he needs to be the same way with Sami. He knows she loves him and that he can trust her to be faithful. Lucas has trust issues, but he needs to work on that. He needs to be totally trust Sami and let her be his "rock" now. I think they are going to work towards finding this trust again. By jumping right back into a relationship from where you left off will not help to solve the problems you had in the first place. By Lumi becoming friends and working on their issues, they are building a stronger foundation for when they are ready to be together again romanically. I'm glad their relationship is going to be built up again and not just pick up where they left off.

I've decided to stay out of some of the threads right now because I have real issues with people advocating the physical abuse of a child, real or imagined. It just amazes me. So I figured I'd hang out here when I could and of course you are all invited to Second Chances for Lumi love as well!
I just wanted to pipe in with something about Lucas. I know it annoys us to no end that he still loves his mother, but honestly, would we expect any less of a man involved with Sami. Sami is fiercely loyal to her family and Kate is the only family Lucas knew until he was 18. Of course he was close to her and of course he's got a soft spot.
I think this ability to forgive is what makes Lucas and Sami so special.

Lucas and Sami forgive everyone who hurts them but are hardly ever forgiven by those they hurt. I think that's part of the reason why they always forgive each other.
Well everyone, it's official. I am 150% pro Lumi. After much debate, especially on this board, I am a Lumi fan. It hit me so hard after reading certain threads that I feel like organizing a rally over at NBC studios to get Sami the Heck away from the Brit.

I think it's sick that anyone can take the side of a murdering, calculating, manipulative person like EJ over a child who is defending his mother and father. I also don't understand how some people could think that Sami should choose a guy she's been seeing for a day over her son. As if Sami would ever choose anyone over her son. To me, it's just unbelievable.

I don't think there was ever a scene where he was told but I'm sure it's implied that he does know about it. Everyone else on the show knows and Lucas is currently staying with her. I think it would be interesting to see if Philip keeps his word about never talking to Kate again. Will she weasel her way back into his life like she does with Lucas? Will he forgive her too? This ties in really well with one of our earlier topic about how Lucas always ends up forgiving Kate after she's weaseled her way back into Lucas's' life.
