They get a little overboard on their comments only because they lost to LUMI.. Don't let it get to you, they are just blowing off steam.. The only ones that are getting a bad reputation is them.. They were all cool about the ejami thing, until I started this thread and we LUMI fans decided to stick up for them.. Now, they are just ticked off because of it...

If anyone pushes anyone away from this board it will be ejammers.. They are upset because of LUMI and let them be.. There is more to DOOL than just the debate between LUMI and ejammers.. I'm really proud of you for deleting the topic, it would have been a major bashing of Lucas and he doesn't deserve it..

WOW I just came from the boycott tread and talk about mean sprited. I am so sorry I ever even wanted Ej with Sami if this is the type of ppl it breads.
What I get is they just feel that Lucas had been given too many chances and has dumped Sami so many times that she needs someone to love her for who she is. I guess the question is Who do they think she is? I just want to see Sami grow up. I believe she can do that and still be interesting. I get the impression they don't think she can do both.

My thought is the fact that they don't want Sami happy, they just want her with E.J. They want her to be somebody that she isn't.. they don't want to see her grow, just be miserable with e.j. cause that is what it will end up to be..

As long as this one is safe, I don't really care.. It just shows who is more mature... Here is your smiley roll your eyes thing...
I think from now on (just to make things clear and no I am not taking sides in this) we should be required to put Lumi fans only or no bashing or Lumi lovers only in the thread so there is no confusion. I know one of the soap sites does it and it seems to work out pretty good. If you think that Ejami and Lumi are bad you should check out the Brooke/Ridge and Brooke/Nick people (from Bold and Beautiful. They get down and dirty! Anyone eating any yummy candy?
Some people take differences of opinions personally and it's really a shame. I've seen someone post that they don't like EJ. That was all. One of them came in and made the remark "How enlightening" It's so demeaning and it really needs to stop. No one should be afraid to post and no one should have to defend themselves. It's more like a wrestling match than a messageboard around here lately.
One of them had a very good point and off the top of my head I can't remember who, but this poster said that they might have to be patient to get what they want, that maybe down the road they will get Ejami. I've been saying it for a while. EJ isn't developed enough right now to be in any heavy relationship and maybe when he's gotten himself established, tptb will consider it. Or they may have someone wonderful waiting in the wings. People of a new fanbase for a new character have to realize that things take time and they may have to wait a while for their dreams to become a reality. I've been shipping Lumi since 1993 and it wasn't until 10 years later that we saw the first signs on the part of the writers as heading in that direction. Alienating everyone and boycotting the show isn't going to get them what they want.

I agree! Later on down the road they may get EJami. This is a soap for goodness sake, we all know that one couple does not stay together forever. Lets just be happy with whats going on now and enjoy Halloween with our kids! I'm going to have a hard time staying away from the chocolate
And some couples are destined to last just with glitches along the way. My theory has always been that watching a soap is like reading a book. The writer is in charge and if I don't like the book, I can put it down and maybe pick it up later, or I can walk away. If you don't like the show, don't watch.
I think that it has gotten way out of hand.. If they do get ejami it will only be for awhile.. Them boycotting DOOL will not change the ratings there is to much of a fan base other than this board..

Oh, I definately think I can be added as a true blue (well, not so blue lateley) Lumi Fan. I adore them flaws and all. Would I like them to get their act together and be all romantic and gushey? Of course, but then it gets boring. Real relationships aren't near so clear cut. At least they really hurt, feel, and love. Granted, it's misguided at times, but they're finding their way back to each other faster every time. Baby steps....

I am just feeling like I don't want to come here anymore because someone bashed my user name when they were being called out for something they did. I wasn't even here to defend myself and it looks like I started the thread. I am really trying to not give up here but people are just being so mean and hateful.
