this whole "triangle" btw Lucas/Sami/EJ reminds me all of the triangle btw Ross/Rachel/Joey on Friends ok you have Ross/Rachel and Lucas/Sami who are the core couples of the triangles and Joey/Ej the supposeed third wheel even though Joey and Rachel sorta hooked up (at the time i thought joey and rachel were cute together but now not really)and the remote chance of a EJ and Sami hooking up but at the end of the day couples like Rachel/Ross and Lucas/Sami will end up or find their their way back to each other also with some of the ej and sami threads ive been on are fans either pretty much on the fence and waiting for Lucas to wise up or Just think EJ is plain hott.

MericP, I love your banner as well. I take it you are a Garth Brooks fan, or just like this song. I love Garth and have missed him so much. I've seen him twice in concert, my favorite tho is Unanswered Prayers and The River. Both are excellent!

On to LUMI, I have enjoyed them so much more lately. This new writer is doing a good job so far on bringing them back together. I see that he is trying to mature them too!! If any two people need that they do. I have always rooted for them, and was frustrated as He!! when JERk messed them up along with Bo/Hope, and well basically ALL the couples. Now I see that the couples are on their road back to being their normal selves.

I think that alot of the ejami fans want to see Luca's grovel. I think that LUMI has suffered enough of each others lies, deceits, and misunderstandings and just want to see them work out those problems and become a strong force to bring KATE down with. So what if he is a mama's boy, alot of men are like that, it doesn't make them bad, just stupid sometimes.

That's how I always saw it.

Don't know if it's true for everyone. But I've been with my hubby since we were 16 years old. We are now both 32. We had our son at 18 and have been through alot of ups and downs, fights and tears, smile and hugs. I wouldn't trade any of it for anything!
My mother in law compares us to LUMI. Sometimes I feel she is my Kate. But most of the time I love her to pieces!

One of my many nephew's is a mama's boy, unfortunatly he has been through 3 wives already! The last one was just like her! Hope it's ok if I drop by here. I confess I'm on the fence about the whole Ejami/Lumi debate...love them both!
But I was hoping you could catch me up...I had a bit of a year long temper tantrum when it came to Days and Passions and stopped watching. I think it was right after Kate set up Sami with Brandon. I just couldn't stand to watch Sami lose someone AGAIN, and as for Passions-well, I couldn't stand anything on that show for a long time.
So I know Lucas dumped Sami but when did he find out the truth? AND...why did he not beg Sami's forgiveness (or did he?)
And why is he still speaking to that he.ll goddess of a mother that he's been cursed with?
(And please tell me that at some point Sami beat her a--..and that you have clips of it!

This just started and no one knows anyone. So ok, since I started this I will do this: I'll start out with:

We aren't as persistant as they are!!

I have enjoyed the last week of LUMI, I am so waiting for H.S. to build this couple as a fighting force behind bringing down Kate and E.J. Jerk has made them so weak over the years, and I am sooooo happy that H.S. is looking at them and realizing that they have such great chemistry. They do have their comedy side as well!!!

I don't know, but I don't want to to be too soon. Lucas needs to realize how much he really loves Sami, and how much he's messed up in the past. Then they could start rebuilding their relationship.

i TOTALLY agree. i HATED the way lucas treated sami when he was with carrie. im happy thats all over now though.

Okay, first I just want to say that I was pulling for EJ and Sami to get together, but if Lumi is anything like what I saw on Thursday (whatever day Lucas said he was moving in) I am all for them. They need to keep the heat going strong and let up, a little, on Sami doing dumb things. I don't want her to be a goodie goodie, but I would like to see her mature a bit. Just enough so Lucas stays with her, but she does things behind his back and he never finds out.

Whats your favorite Lumi moment? What was the specfic moment that made you falling in love with this wonderful couple?

For me, theres a bunch but the one that really does it for me is when they are teaching Will how to dance to the song Home to Me, that scene is such a powerful scene you definately see the chemistry and tension between them i still get chills when i watch it

Happy Sunday to all (The "Rebels") of LUMI LAND!!!

We just got back from a camping trip and feel very lathargic, happy, and content.

My favorite LUMI moment, hum, their has been a lot. I loved it when Luca's gave Sami support after her rape. I seen a tender hearted man hidden inside all of that military fascade. They just seemed to connect right then and their. Regardless, of whether the moronic writings of JERk, different men, woman, Kate all came in between them. Through it all they still have their chemistry. Austin and Carrie both admitted that they knew that LUMI where in love with each other.

I will be so happy when H.S. mature's them and allows LUMI to get the chip off of their shoulders and grow into a kick a$$ couple. This is why I think that LUMI bring the best out in each other there is room to grow.

I can't wait!!!!

YoHomie, did you make the LUMI banner or did someone else???? It is AWESOME!!!!

Ok, why was your weekend so busy??

My other favorite moment was when LUMI went camping with their son Will.

Another one was when the salem stalker was killing everyone at the circus and LUMI hid in that really small car, funny moments.

It seems we lost another fan, but oh well, this isn't they only fan outlet!!!

Two more days???? I am so excited to see where this is going to lead!!! I do hope that it goes into the maturity growth in their relationship. After all, Luca's is was in the military, school anyways you would think that the writers would see this and build on it instead of making him a whimpy vet like they with Phillip. I know that Lucas has a lot of potential. With Sami by his side with out mother involvement, they could and would kick some a$$!!!!

Hogan Sheffer interview in NY Daily News

Days has a new writer and his stories start airing next week. Hogan Sheffer says they are going back to the couples. The men are stronger. The women are smart. Marlena's going back to being a heroine and John/Marlena are going back to the adventurous couple they were. Going to start moving Bo/Hope back together to get over the marriage crisis and the baby will be central to their storyline. Steve and Kayla will be really central to everything that happens in the next few months. They will be front and center. These are the couples along with Sami and Lucas we will be concentrating on

I am so happy that Hogan decided to get back to the couples! Bed swapping got really old, FAST!

I'm also happy that Hogan likes the idea of making LUMI a comedy team, they can be really funny!

I appreciate the comments on my story idea. I may try and write something like that someday but yesterday I was bored so I threw that out there. I am happy to see more Lumi fans joining us here. I have read some of the fanfics at Second Chances and I agree they are amazing. I am very excited for today's show. Jealous Lucas is always fun to watch! Go lumi!!
