do you watch than every year the superbowl on tv than, i know less about american football, i know is sort rugby with his own rules, i know that your superbowl is on of the most important sportsevents of the year together with nba finals, and ice hockey i think.

I am a pure BASEBALL fan, but I always make it a point to watch the SUPERBOWL.. I would prefer to tape it though because of all of the stupid COMMERCIALS that we have to endure.. Last years superbowl I was up in Washington State watching it with my daughter and her husband.. Of course the day before it was on was my grandaugters 2nd birthday.. I just stayed an extra day..

I don't watch much basketball, but FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, BASKETBALL and NASCAR.. Are the biggest sports here in America.. They try and push GOLF on people but there isn't to many takers.. We have the Superbowl (football) World Series (baseball) Nascar is usually for the big cup, this sport lulls me to sleep but my sweetie is a huge fan of it.. Basketball, I just never really cared for it....
I do think that EJ wil have an obsession for Sami. It just wouldn't seem right for EJ to just walk away. I see another Marlena type s/l between them.

I dont think it will be all the same old crazy stuff that Stephano tried to do w/ Marlena. But I do think he will have an obsession w/ her and HS will come up w/ some creative ways for him to try and get her away from Lucas...

i just want that the writers of days just explore some fresh and new storylines, and don't always recycle storyline, it always three people in one couple, it always the same couple marry more than once, they always started over and over with the same things for john and marlena, when they get old they even rescue everyone of salem, marlena is no more 30 years, j mean she must be now around her 50 by now, just like kate, i don't understand that some fans still want that those two characters yet get children on other fans board, i think they should give some space for younger and newer couples, bring maybe more hortons, or new family in town. i though the hortons were the first important family in days, and now is there almost no hortons, it all about brady's and dimera's, we need some fresh blood, and some new talents, like when sami, lucas, brady, shawn, belle and chloe started.

Honestly, I hope that we don't have to endure anothe obsession.. It got old I mean really old with Stephano and Marlena... I just want to see LUMI grow into a mature, loving couple like they should have been YEARS AGO....

i think the writers should be aware that days could be canceled if they write always the same and same again

I guess since I missed most of the Stephano and Marlena s/l it didn't get on my nerves. I do agree they need for make Lumi grow into a strong mature couple. What do you think of Lucas and Sami having a baby??
I agree with others here about ppl acting there age. Yea Marlena and Kate are both 50 something. They do need to bring in more of a younger groups and give them interesting s/l. At least they made it clear Hope was getting a little old to be having a baby. She got to be 40 something.
i think is to earlier for a lumi baby, i think they should grow closer and closer, and explore some romance, i would like to see that sami for once have a dream wedding by end 2007. for child i would wait for 2008, from when did you started watching days.

i hope your wrong about the obsession storylines, but we still have to wait on lumi love, i hope that sami and lucas will grow and be matured, and i hope for once he stick up for sami and nof for his mother kate, i really don't see the chemistry between kate and ej, maybe a return from nicole would be good for ej, i think she and ej could really be a bad of salem.

OMO but I love the chemestry between Kate and EJ! They just look sooo HOT together! I know she is a lot older then him and I am sure it will never be a relationship- but they really steam up the screen while they are together!

That is a bummer you are soo far behind bruges. It must be kinda hard seeing us talk about all this stuff that you wont see for a long time...

I usually leave home to go to work about 1:30 - 1:45pm.. But I will have to leave a little earlier today to do some more errands... We have a full week this week, next week we only work for 3 days... WHOOT-WHOOT!!! Thanksgiving, I think that we are going to have bbQed tri-tip again for thanksgiving dinner, it will be just the two of us, we might get a turkey breast or something.. I really don't like turkey myself...

this a really american holiday, we don't have thanksgiving in belgium, the schools have one week free with 1 november, they we remember the dead, and the school have two weeks free with christmas and new year, that we have in february again on week free. for the easten school again closed for twee weeks, and the big holiday is about two months, i already work, but i have to work in some holidays; depends what my bosses decide, for christmas, three days work, and on week free. so that good.

I imagine Thanksgiving is an American Holiday, we still have our 2week break for xmas.. But, the school that I work at has the schedule of 45 days of school and 15 days off of school. So when xmas rolls around the kids are off for 3 weeks.. I have to work though, it is our time of deep cleaning the school... Kinda kicked back and nice.. What is it that you do for a living Bruges???
i work part-time, i working with kids, i really can't translated it correct, you can compared it with day care, but we start at 7.00 till 8.15 than i go back home, and start again from 16.00 till 18.00 i do that on mon, tuesday and thursday and friday, and on wednesday i work for 8.00 till 8.15 and from 12.00 till 1800 and so i worked 19 hours at a week
during the school holidays i work from 7.00 till 12.30 or from 12.30 till 18 or 1900 depends how the bosses give our scheduled for the holidays.
i have a great job, i love working with kids, and your never have the feeling you always doing the same thing day in or day out.

You are right- Thanksgiving is a true American holiday. We give thanks for all our family and friends. We like to have like a pot- luck where everyone brings a signiture dish and then we all share. Thanksgiving for me is friends and family, football, and really good food!!!

Interesting, to us it would be daycare...Their definitly NEVER a dull moment with kids around...

I used to teach preschool (for 11 years) then I ran my own preschool. I loved working w/ the kids very much too. But running a school is A LOT different then teaching! It got to be too stressful for me and I decided that for my health I needed to find something new.
Now I am a receptionist for a realty company and I love it!!! (But I do miss the kids soooo much!)
they grow so fast up these days, i have so the idea they they can't be a child any more.they almost living like adults when they become 13, they already have so much pressure from school and from they own friends, when you don't have a boyfriend at your 14 than you already been excluded from the club, when i come home with the bus from work, i heat people talking about having sex, and they just between 14 and 16 years, they start here so early, is there also so much pressure for young girls in the states.

The same goes on here, I've known a couple of girls that were pregnant at 13.. So sad!!!
