Eh, that's just because the vast majority of EJ/Sami fans post here. The vast majority of Lumi fans don't post here they post on Second Chances. Don't worry about it, Hotlumi. Lumi have FAR more fans than Ej/Sami.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry. I mean, I post on here so TPTB can definitely see there are Lumi fans out here! And I still vote in every Lumi poll I see. I definitely want to show my support. But the Lumi fans overall most definitely outnumber the Ej/Sami fans just maybe not on this particular board. And of course, there's the most important Lumifan of all to consider - Hogan Sheffer. He seems to want them together, too, so yeah...Lumi seems pretty secure to me.

I'm not really concerned with trying to understand it cause I know it'll never make sense to me. I'm just going to enjoy Lumi. It's FINALLY really happening for them. We have a great writer who wants them together and understands a fan's need to see some happiness in the lives of their favorite couples. He also gets that constant triangles aren't entertainment.lol There's no doubt in my mind Hogan's gonna be the one who finally gives us our Lumi wedding. I can't wait!

I have to admit that the tension over here has irritated me to the point that I've been staying away and I've been sticking to Second Chances, as alot of us are now. I see some new(ish) names now. I'm glad you're here and I hope to get to know you all soon!
Don't worry about the polls here. They don't really mean anything. Lumi used to always win because alot of Lumi fans from other boards were clued into the polls and then came here to vote. Now, many of us are sick and tired of it since the polls will go on forever until they get their desired outcome. Let them win here, TPTB don't need a poll here to show them what couple people really want. Lumi is extremely popular and have a much bigger fanbse then EJami. (I admit they have a fanbase but it is smaller then Lumi's). Every other Days board out there shows Lumi as the couple people want, not Ejami.
So I say have no fear, Lumi is here and it's here to stay. EJ is just another hurdle for them to jump and they will do it - together - as they always do.
If that is the case, then just stay on this thread.. What does it matter what other people think, as long as you have your own beliefs?? Either way I miss the commoderie of the LUMI FANS, and having other people scare them away is ridiculous, just for the fact that they think that they have won...

Last time I checked this was the Lumi thread. We can say what we want. I believe there are MORE Lumi fans then Ejami fans. I see it by going to other forums on the web, besides this one. I'll admit, Ejami may be more poplular on this board but on most others, the preferred couple is Lumi.
I'm not accusing you, I simply stated that the same polls are put up every week and it's getting old and tiresome. The only reason I can think of to keep asking the same questions over and over is to try and get a different response because of not being happy with the response the previous poll got.
Also, I find it very hard to believe you are a Lumi fan. It's one thing to say, "I'm a Lumi fan but I do see chemistry between Ejami" but it's another to make comments like "Ejami kicks Lumi's butt" IN THE PRO-LUMI THREAD!!!.
You say you're a Lumi fan and if that's true, then that's great and we welcome you BUT we like to keep this thread Pro-Lumi and to stay positive as much as possible, so please respect that.
And with all due respect, it's the Ejami fans that need to stop dreaming, not the Lumi fans.

you know what i have no interest in the non pairing of Ejami even the name sounds forced, so i have no need to go post on their threads. i hope we can have our safe little Lumi thread here. i believe they are far more popular because of what i have seen on other boards.

LOL! It does sound forced. eJAMi. The name sounds like what you see, EJ & Sami jammed together. Or EJ being jammed down our throats!
Lumi just flows... Lucas and Sami are just luminous.

That other side is now desperate and oh so jealous that we Lumi fans are being serenaded week after week with beautiful storylines between Lucas and Samantha,while that DiMera thug looks like he'll have to settle for Willow.
According to non spammible polls it looks like EJ and Sami have about 50 voting fans and Lumi has about 130 voting fans. So unless you are using some new kind of calculator I think Lumi is WELL represented because they are POPULAR

i know soaps are make-believe but when they take it too far (i.e. cassie and rex might be aliens, the salem stalker/island storyline) the cynic in me can't take it and so i stop watching...

I feel so bad for Lucas though, if I was him I would've been mad when she wore that dress, mad when she kept leaving in the middle of *ahem* getting down, and REALLY mad when she agreed to be partners with EJ. And REALLY, REALLY mad after she kept working with him while she knows that he wants her to have his baby. But it's a testament to LUMI love that he stands by her through it all! I don't know how people don't like their love scenes, they're always so hot!

Thursday isn't too bad, I guess. At least we don't have to wait until next week!! But I'm with you guys, I can't wait to see what they'll be doing next to fend off EJ's manipulations.
Lumi really seem to be building a strong foundation in their relationship and going up against EJ's attempts to split them up so he can use Sami for his own agenda will just strengthen them further. I'm looking forward to watching them overcome this challenge. Any couple who goes up against a DiMera and wins is pretty much guaranteed the crowning of supercouple....right?! Right!
