did you guys hear about what sami tells Lucas she would do if the shoe were on the other foot and he was going away on a business trip with a woman who was trying to take him away from her? it sounds really cute.

I've been good... actually haven't been around much because I was burnt out on the board being swamped with the same ole, same ole ... u know? Plus I had an old friend that I haven't seen in 9 years come to visit... and my kids have been keeping me busy of course ...

I'm good. I know what you mean about the board, I had to take a breather as well. It was really starting to get to me. When I came back there were a bunch of new Lumi fans posting...freestyle, azgirlgirl, hotlumi... I was like..hey who are these new people? ohmy.gif They all so nice and I love talking to them but at the same time, everyone else I used to talk to seemed to disappear! You, Asterakia, lucaskisses, even veryfine! I'm very concerned about Bruges by the way. She hasn't been here since November! I'm hoping that she just gave up on the board and she is ok. unsure.gif

Now that you say that, I am concerned about her. When I didn't see her around, I sent her a PM and she didn't respond. That was strange because she's usual responds. I thought maybe she was held up in the Patch thread. I know there were issues over there...maybe between the board drama and the holidays, she's just doesn't want to come on right now. I hope she is ok.

I personally have emailed asterakia several ties, and she has just dissappeared! Several of us have tried to contact her, and have heard nothing from her.. we are all very worried actually... I don't know about the others, but I too, hope that they are just taking a break, and are busy with life in general ... huh.gif

Thanks Cindy. And I think I will stay out of it as well. I have been fine thank you and you? Bobby is doing well. He has some vacation time coming up but sprained his ankle at work so that sucks. He will however be happy to be back on the board. ALOT! lol

Are you enjoying the Lumi? I wish we would get more. I'm wonder if they're have Lumi backburnered at the moment in order to give Bry and Ali some time off before their storyline starts. I have a feeling we'll be seeing alot of Lumi come January and February.

Are you enjoying the Lumi? I wish we would get more. I'm wonder if they're have Lumi backburnered at the moment in order to give Bry and Ali some time off before their storyline starts. I have a feeling we'll be seeing alot of Lumi come January and February.

I sure am. I hope they have a really good s/l coming b/c they haven't been on very much lately. And the way the new writer is setting things up is getting me very nervous.

And yes I know for a fact he will be on those two boards for the entire vacation...lol...he is on modified duty because he can't walk on his foot so you can imagine what he looks like when he gets home. TV and the internet. What else is there...lol.

lol! I took vacation the last week of December. So nice, I'm getting 11 days off but only have to take 4 PTO days. I love when I can plan that! biggrin.gif

I'm not too concerned. I'm a Lumi optimist and I feel this is a Lumi story that is being told.

I've been watching these two for years now and they never cease to amaze me. And I agree. If they want to see the ratings go up they need to have them up close and personal with the audience.

I would LOVE to see Lumi in a front burner storyline and I do believe it's coming. biggrin.gif Hogan's still working on reuniting them as a couple and having them work out some of their issues so that their relationship is much stronger. I think once he's done doing that, he's going to give them a storyline that'll hearken back to their scheming duo days when they were best friends years ago. One thing about Hogan, he seems to understand how to write for couples who are together (like he's doing now for John & Marlena) and not constantly trying to tear them apart and reunite them over and over again. Hogan rocks!! biggrin.gif

It's an option where you can choose to ignore the posts of a particular poster so that you never see any of their messages on the message board. Most message boards have this option and I'm sure they have it available here too. I've personally never used this option on any message board I've ever posted on, but geez.....could sure use it now.lol rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

Hi all! I'm back...so I'm not done the banner yet. My hubby came home and we made dinner together...plus we got into the jacuzzi together. laugh.gif tongue.gif

Hopefully it will be done by tomorrow. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing my Lumi on screen tomorrow. I really wish they would put them on more than once a week.
