cafe press are people's designs, like you can design anything yourslef and get it printed on there...its not like NBC merch. Still awesome though.

my husband thinks I'm nerdy because of it... he says that message boards take me away from real conversation and real contact with people. but he htinks it's cute, too, that I get so excited over the littlest things.

but I'm also nerdy for other things, so...

my teenage daughter thinks it is outrageous that I had a myspace before her and that I spend as much time as she does online

I had way too much fun on this web site. I bought a T-shirt with my username on it and one with "I don't believe you. Continue." I have a feeling I'll be explaining the meaning of them to everyone I meet. I was tempted to buy more, but maybe next time!

I saw these great shirts on cafepress.com, but there are 2 quotes that I seemed to have missed in my last 304 viewings of The Office episodes. The first was about being late to a meeting with "The Bobs" and the second was something about catching a monkey - but not monkey kidneys - I know that's from The Carpet.

Can anyone let me in on these?

"the Bobs" are actually from the movie "Office Space." It's worth it to watch, very funny!

"I could catch a monkey if I wanted to" is something Gareth (Dwight) says in the BBC version of The Office.

Gareth says something like- softly, softly, catchee monkey. I could catch a monkey. I think it is from season 1 of the UK Office.

So, I went to Boston this weekend for the Madonna concert. For my travels from NC to DC to MA, I wore the Booze Cruise t-shirt I bought from CafePress.

You would not believe the number of people who asked me about it. The airport security officer was especially intrigued. Sadly, I didn't get a lot of people who knew what it meant, they were more curious about how to sign up for a Booze Cruise and how much booze is served.

As is always my luck, I met more old retired men from Boca who told me stories about their days renting boats at Lake Wallenpaupak.

Me and my father are avid Model railroaders... we are moving to New York for his work and our new train set will have a lake named Wallenpaupak... when i told my dad that was the name of the lake on the office he shrugged and muttered... geek

I had the opposite experience. I wore my Flonkerton t shirt to the Outer Banks and so many people knew what it was. I did get a few curious people/stares but mostly the people who came up to me were Office fans and we talked about Iceland and yogurt lids etc.

But a while back, my french teacher threteaned to send this guy down to the office. And he just shrugged and said, "Hey, I love that show." Then half the kids in class shouted, "OHMIGOD ME TOO! Did you see the one where..." It was pretty cool.

I was just watching the webisode of Angela getting ready for the Emmy's. I seen that she had a t-shirt with Creeds face on it. I would like to know where I can purchase it. Any info would greatly be appreciated.

In either Angela or Jenna's MySpace blog a while back, they said that someone from the crew made them up for everyone for the last week at work for season 2. So unless you can find one on ebay that one of the cast or crew is getting rid of, you probably can't get one unless you try making one yourself.

I bought the Booze Cruise t-shirt about two months ago and wore it during a plane trip. I was amazed at the number of people who approached me and asked, "how do you sign up for the cruise?" & "how much booze did you drink?" Have to say, though, my "Save Ferris" t-shirt from 80s Tees.com still gets the most ooohhhs and aaahhhs.

I am still waiting to purchase the "Team Halpert," "Jim *hearts* Pam/I support Office Romances," "Assistant to the regional manager" and the "I *heart* Halpert" Pins for my school uniform, but I want the whole store-and the Team Jim shirt really baddly!!!!

thats what i thought- but i just wanted to make sure because i have ordered things online before that end up not fitting right at all- and then i have to send them back- which is a pain

i highly recomend it. I checked your link for that tee-shirt, but my "team halpert" tee was an adult medium, and its a little big, but will probably shrink...i don't know if this helps you, but I would say go a little bigger than what you would get incase it shrinks in the wash.
