Max is a really good drummer. I've been a fan of his since maybe 1983-84 when Bruce had Born in the usa out. I was young THEN. When I heard Conan was taking the late nite spot, I had no clue who he was. But I also heard that Max was going to be along for the ride too! I am really glad that NNNNNbc kept Conan. Only thing I don't like about Max is the use of zildjian. He used to have a set of 14" Paiste SE hihats. Now.... all the 'z' word

yeah, i couldn't imagine drumming on that thing without crushing it, it seems out of shape and dimension-less at times, but the quality is shockingly good. Max's fills don't even seem like fills anymore.
