Jon Stewart will be returning to Letterman this week. There were rumors that JS was going to run for president, a la "Man of the Year", but it's more likely that he's campaigning for CBS's 11:35 slot. I wonder if JS will ever be a guest on Conan's show again?

He was asked about this during his recent apperance at The New Yorker Festival over the weekend. Apparently people are calling for Stewart/Colbert in '08. Stewart says no way, there is a short article about it over at MSNBC.com, but I'm too lazy to go find the link. It's in the entertainment section. And the article doesn't say anything more than what I said except that, according to Stewart, people hoping for a Stewart/Colbert ticket in '08 just goes to show "how sad people are" with the current political situation.
