Anyone watch "Freakshow" that cartoon on Comedy Central featuring the vocal talents of two fantastic "Late Night" writers, Jon Glaser and Mr. Brian Stack? It may be axed. From http://www.theapiary.org there was a link to the Freakshow MySpace blog that says:

A MESSAGE FROM DAVID AND JON

Dearest Dears,

It..s David and H. Jon here with some Chicago Style deep dish on the latest on the Freak Show front. Because Freak Show is only doing ..okay.. and not South Park/Drawn Together gangbusters, the show is being moved (starting next week, Oct. 25th) to Thursdays at 10:00.

This Wednesday's show, ..Git to Gittin,.. featuring Toby Tritt Greenwood and Danny The Plumber Guy, will still air at the original time of 10:30. But if that show (which we think is one of the better ones) doesn..t kick America..s *** a new hole, then we would advise you to order your Freak Show ringtones now, as it may not be around much longer.

Oh well, as they say in Hollywood (circa 1914), ..That..s the mooch, dooch!... We both feel that the shows start getting exponentially better with this next one, and in all honesty (and ..cause it..s written and not spoken, please note that this isn..t meant in a ..boo-hoo for us.. snippy tone) if you don..t like the show, or see its potential after Wed. you probably won..t ever like it. No hard feelings, such is life. As they say in Hermosa Beach, ..Whoa dude! You just totally mooched the dooch!...

And while this might be true, it..s still not set in stone. So if you like the show and want to see the rest that were made, we urge you to ..Stop, Drop, and Roll.. over to the television, and turn it on and watch it.

Just this next one. Seriously.

We love you all very, very much and enjoyed trying to add a little joy, no matter how temporary or fleeting, to your Wednesday night. God speed to all of us and we..ll see you next year at the annual conference in St. Thomas. And Terry, do us all a favor and don..t wear the tie with the pigs on it! It..s not funny anymore!!!

Just Kidding, Terry!!!!
David and Jon.

I don't know if I like Freakshow enough to try and save it, but in fairness it hasn't had a chance to really get off the ground yet. And I can't believe that "Drawn Together" is a hit. I hate that show.
