I love Samantha too. Her scenes are always so funny. I love her ***** on wheels attitude..yet she's such a softy on the inside. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with her this year. I'm thoroughly enjoying her story so far.

I loved her little part in the season four premiere where she was giving orders over the phone with the cut shots, and then gives that great smile at the end. Perfect snapshot of her character.

It is great! Along with her laughing on the phone with Danny and mary's conversation!

I saw Vanessa on Ellen this morning and she heavily implied that this was the last season of Las Vegas. I really love her character and am disappointed there won't be a season 5. I was really hoping they would get away from the "Danny and Delinda Show" and show more of Sam and reunite Danny and Mary.

I don't think anything has been decided yet. I would hate to see Las Vegas get cancelled. I know it has been doing well in the ratings. I make sure I tune in, so my demographic category gets counted. I never really figured out how that works. Is it better to watch live or to watch from my DVR? How do they count everyone who is watching?

I saw it too and she said she might be out of a job soon. Soon could be a year, ect. I still think it's all open ended especially considering Vegas's good ratings. Vanessa looked gorgeous though on the show.

Nobody can deliver a line like Vanessa Marcil. I will follow this girl to any show they put her on. I think she is fantastic.

I totally agree! I love Sam. I hope if there is a fifth season they find a way to bring Dean Cain back.

I heard Rebecca had a pilot for NBC in the fall, why would she want to do a soap?
If LV is cancelled I am sure Vanessa could easily find work in primetime and wouldn't have to go back to GH unless she really wanted to. I read an interview where she said she preferred LV because it was better hours and less demanding than being on GH. Regardless, I love Vanessa and will definitely watch whatever she is on (at least to see if it is a good show)!
If this is true I guess ABC just spilled the beans! Obviously the decision is already made IF it is true- why don't they just announce it?

First of all a decision about LV will be made in a couple of weeks not in May. Second. Rebecca Budig has a pilot for ABC primetime, she is nog toin to go to soaps again . This is bull. I swear every two weeks soaps in depth has had a headline of "Is Vanessa coming back to GH"??? no matter if LV was coming back or not. They have had her face on the cover more than I have ever seen an ex soap star who had a primetime show.

I know! LOVE HER. She is great as Sam. I love it when she talks to the manicurist. I really loved hearing about how she got to Las Vegas in the first place in tonight episode.

Casey mention from Sam last night. I wonder if we will actually see him next week. Probably not though since they didn't show Dean Cain in the preview. I liked Jeremy a lot and I hope they story is continued in the future. I agree about her backstory. Nice to hear more about her past.
