Angela found Dwights Bobblehead, but didn't return it. I think she's mad at him about a "tootsie roll" incident because she re-hid it. Jim found out and told Dwight that it was Angela who hid it and it's somewhere else in the coffee shop. Dwights on scene and not a happy camper.
