HOW TO PLAY[u]

-You may join in at any time.

-This game works something like the boardgame clue. Before the game starts I will pick a Thief, Place and Item (from the list above). Players then try to guess the correct combination. (example: Micheal in the Break Room with the Dundee.)

-Each player may post only one answer each round. A new round will begin every 12-48 hours.

-It is allowed to post the same combination as another player.

-Every 12-48 hours, I will reveal who has won or what has been discovered. (Example: The thief has been found, The place has been found, The item has NOT been found) These clues only apply to the posts AFTER the previous clues.

-The player(s) who first guesses the correct combination wins.

OK, I'll try:

Carol at Hooters with the Gaydar

So, do we wait for you to respond to guesses or do you only do that every 12-48 hours?

I will only repond every 12-48 hours (it will work best if at least 10 or so guesses have been made in between my updates) Every one who wants to can guess. At the end of 12-24 hours, I will then reveal clues as to what you have all discovered. Then everyone can guess again based on the information I have given them.

It works like "Clue" or a bit like an easy logic puzzle if you are familiar with those.

For example:

Say 3 people have guessed Micheal, Jim and Pam, respectively.
When I update I might say "The thief has NOT been found". Then you would know that neither Michael, Jim nor Pam could be the theif. You would want to guess someone else the next round.

Now if 3 people guessed Michael, Pam and Jim...and I said "The Thief has been found"...you would know one of those three must be the thief and you could eliminate everyone else on the list.

I hope this helps. It's really a pretty simple game once people are used to it. I have played it a lot on other boards and it works quite well.
